Hi, I am in Minnesota and plan to go look at 2015 CRVs tomorrow. Can someone please provide me the residual and MF for 12k /36 months and 12k / 39 months for the LX AWD and EX AWD models? Thanks!

If it isn't too inconvenient, also curious for the EX-L and Touring models. I have no idea which model I want, and do like electronics and safety equipment, so could see myself going for one of these if it isn't more than another 50 dollars or so than the EX payment.

Big difference in MF - .00051 for the LX but .00160 for all the other trims.

36/12 residuals:
LX and EX 64%
EX-L 63%
Touring 60%

subtract 2% for 39/12

Just the LX: .00040 MF and 63% residual

.00165 MF for all other trims.

Subtract 2% from the residual to go from 36 months to 39 months. MF stays the same.

2% delta between 12K and 15K residuals. Pretty standard for most manufacturers.

This is the first time I am leasing a car. Is the new CRV LX AWD offer on the Honda Website a good deal? This is the 4th offer on the webpage with just $260 due at signing with no down payment except usual fees. I think this is a national offer but it is what came up after entering the zip code. I am in NYC Metro area. From the first print, it says "Net capitalized cost includes $595 acquisition fee." Am I correct in understanding that when I go the dealer looking for this deal they won't try to charge me for this upfront? I have a very credit score above 720 with fairly high income. Does this mean I will most likely be not turned down for this offer? Would offering to pay 1 or 2 years worth of payments up front make any difference? Also, should this deal be used as a starting point for a better deal or is it very good offer already?

Anyone else find a better or more compelling deal in NYC Metro area? All I really care about is the AWD part because I have a treacherous commute during snowy weather.

Any national or regional deal is just OK. You should be able to beat it by negotiating for a better selling price.

You can choose to pay the acquisition fee up front or add it into the cap cost for the lease.

You shouldn't have a problem qualifying if your credit score is above 720.

Prepaying your lease won't necessarily get you a better deal.

0 down / 0 security / 0 first month -- have this in hand if I want. Might want to add navi, but figure that's likely not a big jump.

Engage as many dealers as you are willing to travel to .. get them to compete against one another. Best way to lower the lease payment is to negotiate a lower selling price.

I had 3 local dealers compete and I got a crv exl 4wd for 26k 347 a month with absolutely zero down and not even first month payment on a 12k 36 month lease.

36/15 numbers:

LX AWD - .00040 and 61%

EX AWD - .00165 and 61%

Honda charges up front for the extra miles, but I don't know at what rate - could be anywhere between .10-.25 per mile.

Using the prices given, I get a pre-tax payment of $233.54 for the LX AWD and $306.74 for the EX AWD. This is before the deduction for the extra miles you are looking for.

Best offer I got from two dealers was 541 due at signing (first payment, tax, tags) and 277 a month....

I think they can do better....any input?

Lease numbers are .00040 MF and 61% for 36/15. Using your MSRP and sale price, I get a payment of $233.54/mo before tax.

What state is this and what is the tax rate?

Are you planning to pay the taxes and other fees up front or are you adding them into the sales price?

Texas leases are expensive because the entire selling price is subject to sales tax.
