Hi, I am in Minnesota and plan to go look at 2015 CRVs tomorrow. Can someone please provide me the residual and MF for 12k /36 months and 12k / 39 months for the LX AWD and EX AWD models? Thanks!
If it isn't too inconvenient, also curious for the EX-L and Touring models. I have no idea which model I want, and do like electronics and safety equipment, so could see myself going for one of these if it isn't more than another 50 dollars or so than the EX payment.

Big difference in MF - .00051 for the LX but .00160 for all the other trims.
36/12 residuals: LX and EX 64% EX-L 63% Touring 60%

Man the MF for the LX is super tempting, but I really like my electronic goodies -- gonna be a tough decision.
I was hoping for better, but just signed lease on LX AWD CRV. Western New York. MSRP = 25,575 Cap cost: 23,760.91 Acquisition fee: 595 Cap Taxes (8.75%): 830.32 Gross Cap Cost: 25,186.73
1st payment: 262 Title/Reg/Fee/Tire: 157.50 Total due at signing 419.50 (paid by dealer)

This is the first time I am leasing a car. Is the new CRV LX AWD offer on the Honda Website a good deal? This is the 4th offer on the webpage with just $260 due at signing with no down payment except usual fees. I think this is a national offer but it is what came up after entering the zip code. I am in NYC Metro area. From the first print, it says "Net capitalized cost includes $595 acquisition fee." Am I correct in understanding that when I go the dealer looking for this deal they won't try to charge me for this upfront? I have a very credit score above 720 with fairly high income. Does this mean I will most likely be not turned down for this offer? Would offering to pay 1 or 2 years worth of payments up front make any difference? Also, should this deal be used as a starting point for a better deal or is it very good offer already?
Anyone else find a better or more compelling deal in NYC Metro area? All I really care about is the AWD part because I have a treacherous commute during snowy weather.

Any national or regional deal is just OK. You should be able to beat it by negotiating for a better selling price.
You can choose to pay the acquisition fee up front or add it into the cap cost for the lease.
You shouldn't have a problem qualifying if your credit score is above 720.
Prepaying your lease won't necessarily get you a better deal.
Think there's a better deal out there than $317/mo 39/12k for the EX-L AWD? 0 down / 0 security / 0 first month -- have this in hand if I want. Might want to add navi, but figure that's likely not a big jump.

Engage as many dealers as you are willing to travel to .. get them to compete against one another. Best way to lower the lease payment is to negotiate a lower selling price.
I had 3 local dealers compete and I got a crv exl 4wd for 26k 347 a month with absolutely zero down and not even first month payment on a 12k 36 month lease.

What number would i be looking at 2015 crv lx awd msrp 25575 sale price 23446 includes destination and doc fee
2015 crv ex awd msrp 27675 sale price 25412 includes destination and doc fee
both would be 36 months 18k

EX AWD - .00165 and 61%
Honda charges up front for the extra miles, but I don't know at what rate - could be anywhere between .10-.25 per mile.
Using the prices given, I get a pre-tax payment of $233.54 for the LX AWD and $306.74 for the EX AWD. This is before the deduction for the extra miles you are looking for.
Is this considered an excellent deal for CRX LX AWD? $237.57 per month plus tax (all fees included except $350 disposition at the end of the lease). 3 year/12,000. This was called "total out of pocket lease" and I think there is no payment first month.

Hi, I've been quoted $300/mo for a 35 mo lease with first payment due at time of signing for the below, in Texas.
Car: 2015 CR-V LX - no additional options. 12k Miles per year $24,325 MSRP $23,098 Sales price $1,783 TT&L $15,325 residual at end of 36 months (63%) GAP included 2 free years oil changes
Considering the leasing specials out there, does this sound fair? Is there a worksheet still available for plugging numbers in myself? Sorry - haven't done this much.

Are you planning to pay the taxes and other fees up front or are you adding them into the sales price?
Texas leases are expensive because the entire selling price is subject to sales tax.

They would be added in from what I can tell. Only money out of pocket is the first payment of 300.

It looks like $300/mo, if it includes your taxes and fees, is a decent price.
