New to trying to figure out all these lease payments on my own... I am looking to lease a 2016.5 Cx-5 Touring with the Bose/Moonroof package in Northern NJ, for 36 months, and 12k miles. What am I looking to pay on a lease? I currently lease a Cx-5 which ends the middle of this month. Thanks

Need to know the MSRP and the selling price or adjusted cap cost in order to calculate a payment.

Assuming AWD, the lease numbers are .00022 and 63%

They don't disclose it in your numbers, but the residual is reduced by $1500 to account for the extra 15K miles over a 36mo, 15K/yr lease. That's why $16,962 doesn't equal 60% of $30,770.

I get the same payment they do.
