    Don't have specific numbers yet. but being offered 2016 XLE model with heated leather seats, navigation, etc. $3000 down, $336/month out the door. I live in NJ. This is 36 month/12k lease. Sound ok?

    What does the $3000 cover?

    Assuming AWD, 36/12 numbers are 68% and .00142

    No direct knowledge, but from what we hear: 9 X .00008 = .00072 total reduction.

    That's the correct residual, if FWD.

    We don't have SoCal numbers, but we see that MF varies from .00099-.00124, in the regions we have.

    We think the $500 is for purchase, only.
