Total payment: 599 (times 23) = 13,777 including tax, tags, doc, acquisition, etc.
Total Due at signing: 0 (true sign and drive, everything rolled in including first month)

Lease end dispo fee: 350

Total cost of lease (including dispo fee) = 13,777 -4,500 +350 = 9,627

Barry, do you mind sharing your negotiated "purchase price"? I'm assuming you got a discount off MSRP (not considering the incentive). Or did you agree on MSRP less incentives only?

Your payment is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm also near the end of my Mercedes lease. We don't have taxes here in Alaska either.

As an aside, based on this thread it appears the residual has dropped fairly significantly (57% - 50%). Am I missing something perhaps?

Not sure, but extra mileage is probably a residual deduction on a cents/mile basis.

I have a question, I am looking at a 2017 S90 to lease and now that the 2018s are starting to arrive I wondered if there is anything different approaching this. Should I look at 24 months instead of 36? The discounts are great and maybe gettin g better. Any advice would be appreciated.

T6 Inscription fairly loaded
MSRP$66610 have an older,month or so ago, of $54000 price. I believe with the inventory around the Boston area prices have some more downside. Just wasn't sure of any change in terms with these vehicles quickly becoming a year old.

Hello! This forum has been incredibly helpful and thank you all for your contributions. I'm in California and heading with the parents to shop for an S90 next week. There is currently a conquest lease pull ahead program offering up to 6 months and $750/month that my parents qualify for.

Two questions if someone would be kind enough to answer:

1. For the pull ahead program, do they reduce the cap cost of the S90 and or actually reimburse the remaining lease payments on a monthly basis for this program?

2. Would someone kindly share the residuals and money factor for T5 & T6 MOM and INS for 2/20 vs 2/24 and 3/30 vs. 3/36?
