    Hi guys, hopefully you can give me a hand with this deal I'm trying to put together.

    2017 Limited 4x2 (20" upgraded wheels, sunroof, blind spot, Uconnect 8.4 Nav)
    The MSRP is $45,470
    Selling price is $43,859
    Rebates ($5250)
    Sales Tax is 8.625%
    36 months/12K
    Residual 57%
    MF 0.00134

    He emailed me a price before sending the disclosure doc and said it would be $494. Although the paperwork says $525/month. He said he didn't want to go back and forth so gave me his "best number". Any help is appreciated.

    Looks like a 3rd party bank lease, so we can't verify the numbers.
    If he dropped the price by $30/mo, then he most likely dropped the price or a money factor markup.

    Seems to be a decent deal. What state is this?

    Looks like a decent price. As noted, we can't verify the numbers on a 3rd party lease. I would ask them to run the numbers using Chrysler Capital, just as a reference point.

    Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - that's a couple thousand dollar difference.

    This forum has been an invaluable tool for me in buying my new jeep. I appreciate the information posted here! 

    Just a little FYI

    Summit 4x4 36/12
    Chysler Financial 52% .00030 plus $1250 rebates $595 acquisition fee
    US Bank 53% .0015 plus $5750 rebates $695 acquisition fee. USB didn't have the crazy $2500 fee if you wanted to buy from them like Ally. 

    Can add in additional conquest cash for $1000

    picked up a $59,675 Summit for $525 13% off msrp

    US Bank was $26 a month cheaper than CF. Ally was $20 more than CF and $46 more than USB

    I still didn't have an answer about acquisition fee from the forum for April. I think it is not waived through CF this month as I was told by a couple of dealers  that it wasn't waived this month and could not get them to budge on it at all. Had 9 dealers bidding for my business and am completely happy with the deal I got. Was originally going to get an Overland with sticker $53,675 and couldn't get the payment below $500 even at .00006 and 54%. More than happy paying the extra $25 for a Summit :)

    Rebates: 5250
    Residual: 26505

    First Month and Registration (Approx 900) due at signing

    552 / month.

    Finance Manager offered to do the deal for under 500 if I took it today. How much wiggle room do I really have?

    With the rebates, I'm guessing this is a 3rd party lease. We don't have those numbers to confirm.

    What is the negotiated selling price, before the incentives are applied?

    Hi, the negotiated price is the same as the msrp. Since so much was taken out from rebates, we didnt think they're was room left to negotiate.

    The rebates come from Chrysler. If you don't get a discount from the dealer, it's like paying MSRP for the vehicle. You should definitely negotiate a discount, in addition to the rebates.

    The only one we can think of is that third party banks aren't looking for repeat customers, so your end of lease charges could be higher.
