I get $277/mo.+tax using the figures provided. That looks pretty good.
Be very careful with your current lease. The dealer making the payments is not the same as taking the car in trade. You may still have some end-of-lease obligation. It helps that it's a Nissan and you are leasing another Nissan, but ask the dealer to lay all of that out for you. No point in exiting a lease early, only to find you are still on the hook for other charges.

Nissan should be scheduling an independent inspection of your vehicle, prior to lease return. They will tell you of any charges, then. There may be some credit from Nissan for being under mileage, if you lease another one, but you'll have to ask about that. The dealer really can't do anything about your end-of-lease charges, unless you are trading the vehicle in.

If you plan to buy the car at the end of the lease, why not just buy it now? Will save you some up front cost (acquisition fee, for one).
Second, we will need to know the MSRP and the selling price to help calculate a payment.

my mistake it is a 2017. It is in New Jersey. The msrp is 31,171.00 and with the options it is 34,150.00 That's the only information I have currently. I believe I went into the deal the wrong way and just wanted to know the monthly payments. I have not sat down with the finance person as of yet. Thank you

You need to negotiate the selling price, just like you would if you were buying.
