Considering the Mazda CX-5 Touring and the Hyundai SE+, both AWD. I personally think the CX-5 is a better car but the incentives and lease prices for Hyundai can’t be beat. Especially what is included with the SE+, wanted to hear your guys opinion on this. NJ resident by the wAy. Looking for 3 years at 12k. Thanks !

If you haven't done so already, test drive both and see which one appeals to you. A great lease deal isn't so great if you don't like the car.

Im working on a deal now but the salesman started with $399 inclusive of tax. MRSP is $33,780 and he said cap cost is $30k but he kept evading the question for adjusted cap cost. If truecar has average prices at 30k then rebates and lease cash should be tacked on after that bringing cap cost to around 27k, and then taxes added after that. I'm paying first month and title fees.

This is a 36/10k term
$3500 lease cash
That gives me $194/mo.+tax, assuming the sale price = adjusted CAP cost.
And, with $1730 upfront, there shouldn't be anything else in the payment.
So, assuming the $1730 in charges is all legit. (acquisition fee, 1st payment, DMV/Dealer fees), then it looks like they are about $20/mo. too high.
But, the residual doesn't seem to match up to the MSRP and residual percentage. It's possible that some of those numbers are off, as well.
