I leased a brand new 2018 E300 RWD with a No. CA dealer last week (I note brand new because I have noticed in more recent years demos/loaners have become part of this forum). This is my 3rd MBNZ lease and thanks to this forum and members for providing ongoing market information. I made 10 MSDs to buy down the money factor from 0.00138 to 0.00068.
MSRP: $59165 Sale Price: $51065 Term: 36 month/10k miles annually Acq. Fee: $795 (This is the first time in five years a CA dealer quoted me $795 as opposed to $1095) Adjust Cap: $51860 (no Cap Reduction) Monthly Payment: $541 (8.75% sales tax) Driveoff: $1107 (1st month pay, $486 registration/license/filing, $80 doc fee) 10 MSDs: $6500 (note that monthly MSD is calculated using the base money factor of 0.00138 and then rounded up to the nearest $50)
Autopay money factor reduction does not appear to be offered this month. None of the dealers that I requested quotes reduced money factor by 0.0001 (initially requested quotes without the MSDs) whereas the same dealers did provide a reduction in September when I requested a quote on a 2017. Also I did not buy pre-paid maintenance since the price was higher than the suggested MSRP this is on the MBNZ website.

Congrats - that is a very solid deal.
Thanks for sharing your deal details, and for confirming that the AutoPay has been discontinued.
Thank you. Leased a 2018 E400 Convertible 3yr/36k miles. 79,135 MSRP, 70,700 sales price. They bumped the MF 2 pts but bought down with MSD. 8100 total in MSD. Drive offs were just the MSD and payment was 825 including tax for SoCal.

Does anyone have money factors for single pay 36 month leases for e400 wagon?
Sorry... the wagon gets the Standard money factor. We don't have information on the discount for single pay. Last time we saw an anecdotal report, the discount was .00080
Now we're getting somewhere.
So, with the residual of 58% and the base MF of .00113, the numbers check out (well, I'm .01 off, probably due to rounding).
As noted, acquisition fee is marked up. But, the discount from sticker is pretty strong, so not sure it's something to dicker over.
They are adding the sales tax into the lease payment, which we prefer.
I'd ask them to adjust this so the acquisition fee and document fee are added into the payment. Increases your payment size, but reduces the amount of cash due up front from you.
Nothing out of line here.
Would it be possible to take the numbers above and add $2900? I wanted to add a different package to see how much the monthly payment changes.

Is it a $2900 difference in MSRP? If the discount is proportional to MSRP, then all else being equal, the payment will increase proportionally to MSRP, as well. For instance, if the MSRP increases by 5%, then so will the payment. (Example: if payment is $680, and MSRP increases by 5%, payment will increase by $34/mo.)
Adding $2900 to your cost, with no change in MSRP would add $85/mo
Hi, does the Residual go up for a Mercedes e300 if I get the prepaid maintenance? Similar to Audicare? Or does it get residualized and added to the MSRP and selling price? Thanks, as always!

It does not add to the residual percentage. However, we have anecdotal reports of dealers adding it to the MSRP, and it gets residualized, that way.
Quick question on current MB incentives. I was under the impress MB USA is currently waiving 3-months of payment but my local dealer told me they are only waiving up to 3 months of payments if you are currently coming out of a MB. Can someone confirm this?

Don't have knowledge of this program, but that's the way 99% of payment waiver programs work.
Can anyone help to provide below info ? Is anyone in this Forum member lease below in So Cal region ?
Looking for 2018 - E43 Sedan P3 package (Fully loaded) in Southern California and for 2018 - E400 4 Matic Sedan P3 package (Fully loaded) for Southern California
12k/36 - MF - Residual Value - (What will be MF for 7 MSD) 10k/36 - MF - Residual Value - (What will be MF for 7 MSD)
Average discount off on MSRP too. (I heard there would be 10+k discount on MSRP for E43 due to low selling car, is that true?) For E400, I called couple dealer and unfortunately they don't have Sedan. Only coupe available. Is Sedan not available in So Cal market yet ? What could be the best time to lease if it's not hit the market yet (by Dec 2017)?

Just wanted to share my experience at Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach. Gave them my CC and they took a $2,000 deposit because the car is in Long Beach port and coming in the morning. Ask the sales director to start talking numbers and they would not even give me the MSRP of the car and said I had to come in for the best deal and over the phone he can't get me the best deal. I told him just give me something so I can at least calculate something to see what my payments are. He said he can't do that and I have to go in to even get a number from him.
Needless to say I told him to just refund my deposit and keep the car. Then this guy (James) turns it back at me saying I am making it difficult and it doesn't have to be this difficult.

Sharing a quote received from Dealer for So Cal members. I didn't receive Monthly payment or First month payment number, as I have no interest in P1 pkg.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for sharing. I went there a month ago (not sure I met the same guy) after checking highest positive review of that dealer in that area for test drive. Hope you get your money back from them and your dream car from better dealer.
The only other option to get like $12/month off was lease one-pay which I didn't want to do. If you're looking for a similar deal this was at House of Imports in Buena Park, CA. Ask for Stephen Rodriquez.
They also offer the basic maintenance package for the entire lease for $1,200.00 amortized by 36-month, I declined.
