    I am looking to lease a 2018 Charger R/T Scat Pack. The dealer is quoting me .00209 MF. Do all dealers mark up the MF or should I fight for .00167? Also I got the net cap cost down to 36k on a sign and drive. Is that a good price or should I keep negotiating? What is the sweet spot on this car? Zip is 95356.

    No.. all dealers do not markup the money factor. .00042 is the maximum markup allowed, and it looks like your dealer took all of it. It's more likely to happen on expensive vehicles, as dealers find those buyers to be less price sensitive.

    We don't track selling prices.
    36 or 39 months is the best term.

    Hello. I was given some numbers by a dealer in northern IL.

    2018 Charger Daytona 392

    Term: 36/10
    Residual: .51
    MF: .00155
    MSRP: $52,465
    Adjusted Cap Cost: about $45,000

    Offered to waive first payment, so...

    $2500 due at signing and $640 a month for 35 months.

    Do these numbers make sense?

    The Chrysler Capital numbers show .00167 and 55%, so I'm guessing this is an Ally or US Bank lease. We don't have those numbers to compare.

    What does the $2500 at signing cover?

    This is a very expensive car this month... And it has been for a few months now.  I've been holding out hoping they start supporting the lease.

    For Chrysler Capital leases, acquisition fee is waived for 24, 36 or 39 month terms on all trims except the Hellcat - that is $595.

    Must be an Ally or US Bank lease, then.

    Thanks for confirming. They told me it was through Chrysler Capital, so I'm thinking markup because I just got another quote with the acquisition fee waived. These damn Scat Pack's and Daytona 392's are hard to get under 500 without crazy down payments on base models with 0 packages.

    Looks like they got rid of the lease/buy calculator on dodge.com. It now sends you to chrystler capital to "prequalify" for financing options. I wonder how this will impact dealership negotiating...

    That is a negotiated price for a lease...sorry I’m new at this what is the standard MF? And is the residual better on a 39 month vs a 36 month. I only need 10,000 miles. Thanks
