Could you please tell me the residual and Mf for 36/15 for Honda CR-V exl 2018 for 33323 ?
would rather like to know the best lease pricing per month for a CRV EXL 2018 FWD for 36/15 with 0 down please?
.00210 MF and 61% residual
Can't calculate a lease price without the MSRP and adjusted CAP cost. But, you can look back over the last six pages of this discussion, to see what other members are paying.
Hi, I am trying to lease a 2018 CRV – LX . I'm really surprised by how expensive the lease "deals" are. I had previously leased Toyota RAV4's and the down payment inclusive was under $2000 w/ a monthly payment under $200.00 The best offer that I am getting right now on the CRV-LX is to put $5500 down to get a monthly payment of $199 inclusive!! I'm also really confused about the buyback/residual. Ranges from $15,000 to $16,800. Seems to be some variability based on whether it's "members first" or something else. It's all very confusing. I'm trying to get into a lease agreement for 36 or 39 months, 10,000 miles a year, with a monthly payment around $200, and a buyback/residual that could actually have potential for me to purchase the car at lease end. But this $5500 down payment seems nuts to me! Is the offer they are making me reasonable? I'm not in a hurry, my current lease doesn't end until May. Should I jump on this before the "deal" ends February 28? Or just wait a little while longer?

The current lease program on the CR-V is way worse than on the RAV4.
The MF on the CR-V hasn't changed since the redesign was released last year. Not sure when, or even if, the numbers will get better so long as it stays the best selling SUV in the country.
Hello, for 2018 AWD CRV EX-L 3yr/36k in Vermont...
I'm being quoted as follows from dealer:
MSRP: $31,825 Selling for: $30,400 MF: 0.00235 Residual: $20050. Doc fee: $129 Over mileage is .20/mile Plus taxes
Is this any good? What should MF and residual be?
Thx.
.00220 MF and 63% residual
The residual they have is correct. It's possible the .00235 is with a waiver of the security deposit, so you aren't far off.
What payment did they quote? $1400 isn't much of a discount.
They quoted 360/month with 3000 down. Any good? Sounds like I have a little work to do on them?
That doesn't include tax?
So, turns out that includes: tax, title, registration, acquisition, security deposit, doc fee ($129).
That's for the 2018 AWD EXL with $3k down $360/month.
They're saying the $1425 discount off MSRP includes loyalty discount (turning in my old CVR lease) and stated they feel it is an aggressive offer.
Any suggestions on how I can make this better? Thx!
A bigger discount. The calculations look about right. Even though the residual is high, it's not a great lease program. If you were only putting $1000 upfront, your payment would be about $425/mo. That's a lot for a $32K vehicle.
I love Hondas, but I'd never lease a CR-V or Accord right now... just too much money for what you get.

I guess it depends on what you are looking for. I just leased a 2018 CRV Touring for $0 down/$483 month. I couldnt find any other decent vehicle around the same monthly lease price.

What would you say would be a reasonable deal on the CRV? I've looked at a few other vehicles (VW Tiguan, GMC Terrain, Mazda CX5) but overall pricing seems similar for similar trim level. Level up to Volvo XC60 and price goes up significantly. What would you suggest is a better lease in this type/trim currently?

Seems like a Terrain or CX-5 should lease out considerably better than a CR-V. The RAV4 might feel like a step down, but it really has a great lease program. If you don't mind the size, you can lease a Highlander for the same monthly price as a CR-V.
Received a lease offer and am wondering if this is a good deal or not? What should I try and negotiate to get lower? What are realistic numbers that are achievable? I do not need to lease in my current zip code of 60088. I can go to my home state zip code 30044 and lease from there if cheaper.

I get the same payment.
The CR-V just doesn't have that great a lease program, at the moment. And, it's not likely to improve any time soon.

Anything I can negotiate on to make it a better lease and lower the payments?

The only thing on that deal to negotiate is price. $2100 discount isn't bad.. You can try to do better there, but that's your only point of negotiation.

No way would I put down $5500 to rent a car.

No lease incentives; the CR-V is still too popular.

Thank you.
Acquisition fee from Honda Finance of $595
Likely to be a dealer doc fee, of $300-600. Not likely to get this knocked off, just target a lower selling price to mitigate it.
