    For zip code 31904 and 36116.  Looking for MF, RV, and lease cash for 2018 Impreza Hatchback in Premium, Sport, and Limited.  36/12k.  I really appreciate the contributors who provide these numbers for everyone.  Depending on the dealer these can be incredibly hard to tease out of management.  Why two separate zip codes?  I live right on the border of two states.  Not sure if it changes.  I am getting two different numbers from the dealers.

    Dealers can mark up the rate by .00050. Expect them to do that. Make sure you don't pay more than the base rate.

    How much negotiating did you do? Whats your monthly payment? (or is that what you mean by 1st month?)
    I negotiated by email only with several dealers "internet" department. I picked one vehicle from their inventory to negotiate on.

    Once I got a decent final offer from a dealer for $281 including tax, I brought in a lease broker (I have used him previously in 2016, at no cost to me, the dealer cuts him a check) who got it down to $269 including tax. I then gave the broker/dealer a $500 coupon (saves about $14/mo) I got from Subaru for which brought the payment to $233 + 9.5% tax = $255.00 month.

    They are common in Los Angeles. Some charge a flat fee like $195-400 though so if you do research them, be aware. Use Yelp and personal referrals to check them out. It is worth it because they do the haggling in person for you and you just show up to finance and sign papers (or they deliver the car to your home if you prefer).

    Can you please confirm the MF and residual below are correct, for an Impreza 2.0 auto premium hatch and sport models for 3/36 in Los Angeles?

    Below are two deals that I am looking at for my daughter. Please let me know if the calculations seem correct. Wondering if I can do better?

    Those are the correct money factors
    61% residual for either model

    Dealer has a $400 bonus from Subaru.

    The calculations are correct. Appears that those prices include the acquisition fee, unless they plan on adding that to your drive-off, once you make the deal.

    I'd want to know the exact numbers.
    What is the payment, including tax? (that should be simple enough)
    What is the exact amount due at signing, including all fees/etc.?

    Those appear to be good deals, depending on the answer to the two questions.
