To be accurate, I quoted .00115 for Premium. All money factors start with at least two zeroes after the decimal. The dealer's quote is just a typo.

I was just quoted a rate by dealer for 36months/12k for a Crosstrek Premium .00165 and .63 residual value. I pushed back on the money factor saying it was .00115. He claimed Subaru has set it at .00165. Thoughts?
Also when I am quoted a lease quote for a car (say MSRP 35k, Car price 33k and lease incentives 2k) with incentives. Does this lower the car price by 2k so the base cap cost is 33k - 2k = 31k?
Finally, I have been using the advanced lease calculator (http://lease.guide/advanced_calc/) that enables me to put in all the inputs (sales tax, registration, dealer processing fee, acquisition fee) and I am getting large discrepancies between the dealer quote and calculator monthly quote. Do the dealers have some hidden additional profit formulas that are not part of the monthly calculators?
