I'm leasing the 2018 Q60 3.0t luxe Awd in black, no extra packages, MSRP 48k. for $380/month and $4000 down plus first months payment and taxes/dmv fees. 10k miles for 39 months. This includes a discount because I work for a large company. This is the lowest the NY Infiniti dealer would give. My zip code is 11355. Is this a good deal for me? I can wait I just want a really good deal on this car.

That's a total cost of around $480/mo.. That doesn't seem too bad for a $48K MSRP vehicle.

Quick question. When you say 46% residual. Is that 46% of the MSRP of $48k for the 3.0t awd so $22,080 (residual value) OR is it 46% of the selling price of the car which is let's say 40k in today's market?
