What lease term and how many miles per year?
Hi Michaell, I'm looking for 36 months and 12k miles per year. The MSRP of configured vehicle is $47300.
For 08812, what should be the target MF and RV along with expected monthly payment?

Hi. What is my target discount percentage off msrp is a good goal for a X1 and what are incentives for 06824? Seems as if there are hidden factory to dealer cash out there. Thank you

What is the MF and RV and any incentives or lease credits from BMW for 18 XDrive 36/10 In zip code 33126- Miami, FL?
Also, If this is a retired service loaner with less than 3k miles, what kind of discount off MSRP should I realistically expect?
.00166 MF and 59% residual
$1500 lease credit
Shoot for 12%-15% off MSRP, before deducting incentives.
Residual will be reduced by $0.25/mile for existing mileage
Awesome. Is there a loyalty credit? If so, how much?
MSRP is $39,845 so if I shoot for 12% that should make the sale price $35,063.60 and then start applying incentives, etc from there correct?
How much is the MF lowered per MSD? A friend mentioned I can do up to 7 MSD each equal to 1 monthly payment and that each would lower the MF by 0.00007 (I think) and that this would be returned at lease end if the vehicle came back in satisfactory condition.

is there still truth to that?
I don't have any loyalty information.
IF the MSD program is in effect for your area, we've heard it's now 5 MSDs, with a deduction of .00005 each. But, it's been in flux, so that might have changed.
Can I get information on a 2018 BMW X1 xDrive28i Premium
Sale Price: $36,259.00 36/12 & 36/15 Zip: 85296
Are there any other combinations that give a good MF and RV? When I did my Mazda, they had something good for 33 months. Thanks!
.00187 and 58% / 56% $1000 lease cash
36 months is the sweet spot for BMW
Thank you! And with your knowledge, if you qualify for the tier that is just below top tier credit, how does that impact any money factors and residuals?

Residual doesn't change; add .00010 to .00070 to the MF, depending on credit score.
Brand New 2018 BMW X1 xDrive - M Sport Design Edition MSRP: $46,280 - $4,000 rebates - $1,995 dealer discount Selling Price: $40,285
Can you tell me the money factor and residual value?
Also, we are returning BMW financial lease customers. Is there a program for us?
They are quoting me $665/Mo. for 36 months with $1,061 due at signing for 10,000 miles a year and that seems really high to me. I was expecting more like $550/Mo. (including taxes & fees for zip 60302)

.00166 MF and 59% residual $500 lease credit $1000 loyalty
Where do your other rebates come from?
Are you in the City of Chicago? If so, there is an extra 9% sales tax on the lease payment in the City. That's on top of the IL state tax, collected upfront.
We do not live in Chicago, but we do live in Cook County.
I'm curious about your rebates.. I agree, that price seems high, if the final selling price is accurate. Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization of how they got there from the selling price.
wanted to re-verify money factor and residual plus any offers available on X1 36/10. Plus what kind of discount to push for on new and also used/loaner. This is our 3rd lease as well. We are in Miami, FL 33126.

Thank you! Have this deal on the table for a service loaner. 4700 miles. MSRP is rougly 42,000. This includes tire protection package by request. The gross cap cost is $36,507.02 + $925 acquisition, $1,044 for wheels and tires, and $517.02 remaining payment. I presume that means they are rolling over the payment into the new lease and not “taking care of it for us” as they said they would. Other than that, does this deal look ok or is there anywhere else I can push? None of my math adds up and my head is spinning. I should also mention we are in Miami, FL - 7% sales tax no State tax.
BTW the cap cost reduction is 1k for lease credit from BMW and 1k from a sign and drive event. Shouldn’t we be getting another credit for BMW loyalty as well?

I don't see a loyalty incentive for this model. $789 dealer fee? At least the money factor isn't marked up.
I'm not too impressed with the deal, given the size of the dealer fee.. It's just okay. Plus, you are hurting yourself by paying over $1000 for wheel/tire insurance. And, yes... you are still paying that last $517 payment...
Was at the dealer today for an X1. MSRP 41,995, Selling Price $38,850 seems like almost 8% off. $2500 Lease Credit + Loyalty. Registering in NY 8.375 Tax rate. Acquisition fee, Reg and Dealer fees add up to $1,400. MF .00166 + ~$2,000 Drive offs. $470 a month. Using my lease calculator the numbers work but is 8% off reasonable. Seems like they would not work to discount the vehicle further as they used to and instead said to wait for next month to see if incentives or residuals change. Have a lease that's due in July, last payment is end of June so there is no real rush but is 8% off the new cap or do you think there is still wiggle room to negotiate. Another 1k off would bring this down to around $437 which I think would be reasonable.
You don't give the mileage allowance, but the numbers look to be close. What will happen, next month? No idea. Residuals likely won't go up, though.
You are at 7.5% off MSRP. Another $1000 is 10% off.. That seems unlikely, unless BMW adds incentives (which could happen, or not)
Thanks for your help,
I waited and just signed last night.
Just posting to help others with what I got.
2018 BMW X1 Alpine/Black Sensatec, Conv Pack, Heated Seats and Steering, Apple Carplay, PDC
Purchased in NJ and Reg in NY
36/10
Residual 59 Mf .00166
$41,995 MSRP $37,997 Sale Price $3500 Rebates ($1500 Lease Credit, $1000 Loyalty, $1000 College grad) $504 Dealer Fee $150 Plates $995 Acquisition Above are some the numbers I remember, taxes I cant remember how they broke it down.
$1957 Cash Due at Drive off (First Payment and CCR) $418 Monthly
I had a lease return and I feel they may have included the old lease Disposition fee on this one is that possible? or am I confused. How do they "take care" of the disposition fee when going into a new car is it vanished or do they just massage it into the new purchase usually.
This site is a great resource for real world pricing and all info can help us save money and help others save money. Thanks again for all your help.

Your lease-end charges for your current lease come in a separate bill from BMWFS. If you leased another vehicle from BMWFS, your disposition fee should be waived. Be sure to examine your lease-end bill closely, and call them, if that hasn't happened. The dealer isn't involved in your lease-end bill.
Congrats on the new BMW! Looks like you did pretty good.
I am looking at leasing my first BMW, a 2018 x1 sdrive service loaner in the 91204 zip code with 2200 miles.
Convenience Package & heated front seats and steering wheel.
MF .00166 Residual value: 59%
They are saying the suggested price is $37,945 (when i build a new one it comes up at $36,400) but are giving me "5k in discounts" and the selling price is now: $32,945
Rebates: 2500 (I told them I owe Lexus 1000 still and they offered me a 500 type g rebate, plus 2k more in rebates).
Additional down: 445 (ideally I wouldn't put this down but this is what we discussed when they presented the deal, they will be getting 2k from BMW already)
10,000 miles per year for 36 months
Monthly payment is 366 including all taxes, license, DMV fees

Is this a good deal?
1) It's easy to check the MSRP, ask to see the window sticker. 2) 59% residual is reduced by $550 to account for the current mileage 3) Is it $5000 in discounts, then subtract another $2500 in rebates? Or, are the rebates included in the $5000? 4) What is your total amount Due at Signing? $445 + $366? 5) Are you trading something in? Is the $1000 what you owe Lexus for lease payments? Whatever it is, how is that being paid off?

#1) is the MSRP the actual value or would it be lower since its been used before? #2) are you saying I should subtract an additional $550 off the 59% residual to account for the current mileage? 59% of 32,945 is 19,437.55 and minus $550 puts it at 18,887.55. Answer to #3) its 32,945 minus $2500 in rebates. They are advertising the vehicle at 37,945 minus 5k in dealership discounts. Then they are giving me an additional $2500 in rebates. Answer to #4) total due at signing is $445. the total drive off in the paperwork says 2945 (2500 in rebates and 445 out of my pocket). Answer to #5) I'm not trading in, I would be responsible for paying my dispostion fee and last months payment to Lexus. They said they included an additional 1k in rebates to cover that, but I think I would have gotten $2500 in rebates regardless. Ideally I wouldnt have to pay out of my own pocket to cover these costs.

THANKS!
1. The MSRP is a fixed amount - the number on the window sticker 2. Yes, your calculations for the mileage adjustment are correct 3. Does the dealer know you are leasing? I ask because if they have given you a price under the assumption you are buying, it may include incentives that you won't have if you lease. 4. That is a low amount - are you adding the registration costs to the monthly payment? 5. I'm not aware of any additional incentives that would cover your remaining lease costs. Those costs are real, and they have to be paid somehow. Either you pay them out of pocket, or those costs are added into the new lease (which is more likely)

Just to go back..
Your calculations are wrong on the residual. It's the MSRP X 59%, not the sale price.. then subtract the $550. $37945 X .59 = $22387 - $550 = $21887 residual
The sale price is about 15% off MSRP.. That's pretty good for a loaner. In SoCal, you'll have DMV fees. (about $400) $80 dealer doc fee Looks like you are paying those two upfront (the extra $445)
$925 acquisition fee $240 tax on rebate (assuming 9.5%) Adding those amounts in, subtracting $2500 rebate = $31,610 adjusted CAP
That gives me a payment of $360/mo.+tax Again, assuming 9.5%, that's approx $394/mo.
If they are at $366/mo, that looks pretty good. (but, I made a lot of assumptions.. we don't even know for sure that the MSRP is $37,945)
I am looking for leasing a 2018 BMW X1 xDrive28i SAV for 36M/12K.
How much off MSRP should I target for?
What is the latest incentive, RV, and MF for 98004?
Thank you!
.00166 and 58% $500 lease credit 7% off MSRP, before incentives
Thanks for the information!
For pre-owned vehicle, what is the MSRP? Take the below vehicle as an example, is the MSRP $40,888 or $45,720?
MSRP is MSRP, it never changes.
I doubt this is a used car.. most likely it's a service loaner, and still qualifies for new car programs.
Yes, it is a service loaner and eligible for the lease program.Based on the previous posts, I should target 12% - 15% off MSRP for demo cars. I assume service loaner car is similar to demo car. So take this car as an example, should I target for 12% - 15% off $45,720?

Yes, 12-15% off, then deduct the $500 lease credit. Check the odometer when you go to look at it, since it's close on mileage.
Looking at x1 zip 11783 with xdrive loaner lease dealer said 342 a month 36/12 msrp 41845 sales price 33500 got him to go 18% off msrp numbers seem off. Is this a good offer ? What should be the price monthly?

What is the MF and RV and any incentives or lease credits from BMW for 18 XDrive 36/10 In zip code 33126- Miami, FL?
Also, If this is a retired service loaner with less than 3k miles, what kind of discount off MSRP should I realistically expect?

Shoot for 12%-15% off MSRP, before deducting incentives.
Residual will be reduced by $0.25/mile for existing mileage

Are you in the City of Chicago? If so, there is an extra 9% sales tax on the lease payment in the City. That's on top of the IL state tax, collected upfront.

I had a lease return and I feel they may have included the old lease Disposition fee on this one is that possible? or am I confused. How do they "take care" of the disposition fee when going into a new car is it vanished or do they just massage it into the new purchase usually.
