    I'm only a few pennies off of that payment quote. Only way to improve it is to use MSDs to lower the MF or negotiate a lower selling price.

    Hi, looking for RX350 AWD and RX350 F Sport AWD residual, MF, and lease incentives for 10k/12k yr lease for 36 months for zip code 19149. One of my local dealers reached out and said the residual for the RX350 AWD is 53% instead of 55%. Is there anyway I can confirm that in writing to show that they are incorrect?

    55%/56% residual for Base/FSport
    $1750 lease cash

    53% is the 36/15 residual.
    You won't have to prove it to them. They can't write the lease with an incorrect residual.

    Thanks! Is there a 45 month number too? Looks like a 2% drop for every 3 months but the drop from 42 to 48 is 5% so I am wondering if 45 month would be the sweet spot if it is at 51%. If not 42 month works out about $5 cheaper than 36 month numbers...

    Thanks! Is there a 45 month number too? Looks like a 2% drop for every 3 months but the drop from 42 to 48 is 5% so I am wondering if 45 month would be the sweet spot if it is at 51%. If not 42 month works out about $5 cheaper than 36 month numbers...
