Thank you for the quick response! My local dealer is telling me $3000 incentive. Is there somewhere I can see the $4500 incentive? I checked Ford website but don't see it. I'd like to back up my negotiation with proof if possible. Thanks again!
Can you please provide MF and residuals for AWD SEL 36/12 and also AWD Titanium 36/12? Any incentives? Zip code 44111.
Thanks!
0.40% APR
47% residual
$4500 lease cash
Either trim
Do I divide 0.40% by 2400 or just divide 0.40 by 2400 to input into a lease calculator? I'm not sure how to calculate correctly with decimal percent as a money factor! Thanks again

Hello, I need help with a lease deal that was given to me today. I am making a decision by Thursday. The vehicle in question is a 2018 Ford Escape SEL AWD.
MSRP: 30,445 Sale Price: 28,866 Rebates: -6250$ Down Payment: -1000$ Taxes: 1393.77$ Fees: 272.50$ Residual: 45% Acquisition: 645$ Total Cap Reduction: -6678.85$ Adjusted Cap Cost: 24,225.92$ Term: 36 Months 15K/YR Rate: 0.40% Payment: 298.65
This looks like a really good deal to me. The Escape was not my first choice. My first choice was a Forester or a Cherokee but this deal almost seems too good. to be true. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What ZIP code?
These thread are littered with folks who are looking to score the best lease deal, but end up hating the car they picked.
I'd suggest you take a long test drive of the Escape and see if you can live with it for the next 3 years.
Zip code is 14454. I had no problems with the Escape. I liked it. I just had other vehicles above it until I got this deal. Is that deal about as good as it gets?

I get the same amount with that adjusted CAP. What is the actual amount due from you at signing? $1000?
I'm trying to find out if I'm getting a good deal on a lease. The MSRP is 26,695 for a 2018 Ford Escape SE. I'm getting 13500 miles per year, 700 due at signing, 272.76 for 36 months. They are paying off 5376.00 for my 2013 Ford Fiesta loan. Would it be reasonable to ask for 15K miles at the same monthly $ and due at signing? zip 48197

I don't know the selling price is on this one. I just got the numbers I quoted in a text. I've been working a couple different dealers and doing by phone and text after hours in the dealerships. I have not signed yet. When I've looked up my trade value on kbb it was 4400 at the high end of the trade value. This is a FWD not AWD.

The rebate is $6250, that would bring the price down to $20445 plus tax and fees. I'll be getting the exact numbers today.

I have not signed yet. When I've looked up my trade value on kbb it was 4400 at the high end of the trade value. This is a FWD not AWD.
OK, 45% residual, then.
Can't comment without all the numbers. Ask the dealer(s) for that information.
The selling price is 25757.10 buyout is 12512.75
So is this a good deal? - I'm trying to find out if I'm getting a good deal on a lease. FWD
Now I'm confused.
MSRP is $26,695 You said $6250 in rebates Yet, you state the selling price is $25,757.10 - is that before the rebates?
Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost they are using for their payment quote.
15K residual is 44%
I got different numbers that what the originally gave me. The Cap Cost is $26861.11 Cap Reduction is 5781.89, Net Cap cost is 21079.22, adjusted residual is 12012.75, x plan discount 937.90 Monthly dollars in the quote are - monthly - 251.85, monthly lease charge - 5.47, base payment 257.32, term - 36, monthly tax - 15.44, total monthly payment - 272.76. First Payment numbers - first payment - 272.76, cap reduction - 5781.89, sales tax up front - 348.35, license/transfer fees - 47.00, security deposit - 0.00, other upfront fees - 0.00, rebates - 5750.00, cash due on delivery - 700.00

Do you know what the selling price is?
Assuming AWD, .40% and 46% $5000 lease cash
Have you signed yet? If not, I'd suggest you head over to this thread to get an opinion on the trade value of your Fiesta:
I don't know the selling price is on this one. I just got the numbers I quoted in a text. I've been working a couple different dealers and doing by phone and text after hours in the dealerships. I have not signed yet. When I've looked up my trade value on kbb it was 4400 at the high end of the trade value. This is a FWD not AWD.

I'm within a few pennies of your pre-tax payment, using those prices. Only way to improve it is to get a lower selling price.
Thank you! In the time since I last posted I had a dealership offer me those payments and $ due at signing but upped the miles to 15000 and upped model to SEL! I think that's the deal I'll be taking.

This looks like a really good deal to me. The Escape was not my first choice. My first choice was a Forester or a Cherokee but this deal almost seems too good. to be true. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
These thread are littered with folks who are looking to score the best lease deal, but end up hating the car they picked.
I'd suggest you take a long test drive of the Escape and see if you can live with it for the next 3 years.
