    Good afternoon guys!

    Quick question...

    Yesterday I went to my local Hyundai dealer and negotiated a $349 a month lease for a Kona Ultimate 1.6 DCT AWD. That's for 36 months, 12,000 miles a year, zero money down, tax and title are rolled into the payment.

    Can someone tell me if this is an average, bad, or good deal? I keep seeing things like $5500 lease cash for the Ultimate and can't help but think I got taken a little bit at the end of the day.

    What do you guys think? Thank you very much for your help!

    27400 is the MSRP

    If gross cap cost = negotiated price + fees, then it's really only tax and title of 1500 so GCC would be 28900.

    You didn't get any discount from sticker?

    There is lease cash on these in the amount of $5500. I'd check the contract to be sure....

    They aren't giving you the actual numbers.
    Ask to see a computer screenshot of the deal, or it printed out on a lease contract.

    Hi, I have two questions. First, can you tell me the August 2018 money factors and residuals on the Konas? Specifically the SE and SEL FWD in the Chicago area (60565). Second, I see that edmunds shows an incentive of $4,600 towards the 36 month lease. Is this true and does that come off the gross cap cost?

    The $4600 (trim and term dependent) is a customer incentive, and shows up as a reduction to the CAP cost on the paperwork.

    Can you tell me the MF, residual, and any incentives on a 4WD Ultimate 36/12 & 36/15 in NY (11367)? Also, does the lease cash work as a straight cap cost reduction? I've seen you mention a figure of $5500. In case the dealer balks at that number, is it published anywhere that I can refer them to (I don't see it mentioned on the manufacturer's website anywhere)? Thanks much.
