    Yes, 48% for 39/10

    I get $513/mo plus tax with those prices.

    Either the CAP cost is higher than the selling price, or the MF is marked up. Or both.

    Are you sure you are putting $4000 down? From your screenshot, it looks like the $4000 comes from the rebate.
    Is $47K the sale price? Or, the adjusted CAP cost?
