    Hi, can someone help me out with some information?
    I'm looking at either the Sport or Value trims and every quote I got is over $370.
    Zip code is 60645, and the dealerships tell me that there is an additional 9% Lease Tax in Chicago, is that true?
    Also, if I calculate my own lease what is the money factor and residual value for these cars?

    If you live in the city of Chicago, you'll pay both state and city sales tax - over 17% combined.

    I'd purchase first, than pay that kind of tax burden.

    What is the MF, residual, and incentives on a 2018 Tucson SE AWD in 98499? Autobytel shows $4,900 lease cash + $3,000 lease bonus cash. Is this accurate? Is the total incentive $7,900?

    Is 36/12 the only term offered?

    You'll have to ask autobytel where they get their numbers.
    I'm pretty sure those rebates wouldn't be compatible with lease cash. You'll notice that on that same line, no lease cash is shown?

    What do you mean? It clearly says "Bonus Cash (Lease Bonus Cash)" on that line under the Category heading.
