    Hello. I worked out the following lease terms with a local dealer (SoCal) for a 2018 450hL:

    MSRP: $58,713
    Sale Price: $51,364
    MF: .0018
    Residual: 56%
    Incentives: $6000 (lease cash) + $500 (loyalty)
    10k/36months

    I told them I won't make a down payment, but I will pay for fees, registration, etc. upfront (roughly $1500). On their term sheet, though, they keep listing that amount as a "down payment" and telling me it's all the same. Am I missing something? Does that shifting of what it's called (down payment v. upfront fees) affect anything?

    Also, does December typically have different / better incentives since it's end of year and these are older models? Wondering if I should wait until next week to finalize...
