    Also, does December typically have different / better incentives since it's end of year and these are older models? Wondering if I should wait until next week to finalize...

    In CA, it doesn't make any difference. Any upfront payment goes to pay first payment and DMV first. Anything else is taxable, whether it's covered upfront, or rolled into the payment.

    So, what is the payment?

    They're offering pretty good lease cash now. Think it might go up in December to get rid of the 2018s?

    The problem with a longer lease term, when leasing a car with big incentives/discounts, is you spread those incentives over more months, lessening the monthly value of the incentive.

    You might be better off with 36/10
