    Put down whatever you want. Dealers ask for a larger amount, so the payment is smaller, and they are more likely to sell the vehicle.
    We suggest just the first payment plus DMV fees.

    What would the residual value/money factor be on an EX in ZIP code 37076? 12K miles a year, and however many months the lease program runs for is fine.

    Why is the money factor for 2019 Honda Accord EX-L (0.00240) much higher than the 2019 Toyota Camry XLE (0.00038)?

    The programs are designed to achieve a certain payment.
    The residual is also 3% higher than the Camry, so that evens out some of the difference.

    In some research it looks like there might be $750 in Lease Cash? Might there also be any Loyalty Incentive for a repeat HFS Customer? Also, though it is early in the model year and availability of this car is still ramping up, any idea of what a good selling price might be?
