    Of course, with a $999 accessory charge, your price is actually that much higher.

    We don't know what they sell for, but given the lease program, that payment looks pretty good.

    I am, so by my math I am taking:

    $45,346 +$649(dealer fee) = $45,995 - 10,700 (Rebates) = $35,295

    $35,295 - $23,655 (RV) = $11,640 /36 = $323.33 (Base Payment)

    $35,295 + $23,655 = $58,950 x .00197(MF) = $116.13 (Interest)

    $323.33 + $116.13 = $439.46 + $13.18 (3% sales tax) = $452.65

    What am I missing here in the math??

    Still don't see the $650 Hyundai Finance lease acquisition fee in your calculation.
    Or, upfront tax on the rebates. ($315)

    Just ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and an accounting of how they calculated it.

    Final update .. Ended up with a GT2 RWD for $480 a month OTD with 0 down on a 36/12k. Final Cap number ended at 36k (after all rebates, fees etc)
