    Without that, $581/mo.

    Seem like an average deal, but your negative equity kills it.

    That and the "40%" residual. Even a near zero percent Money Factor and 20% off MSRP can't make up for a "40%" residual. These cars just don't seem like a viable option to lease anymore. It would be even worse for the people that actually try to buy this car right now especially if they don't negotiate a MASSIVE discount upfront.
