Rather urgent, but can someone please verify these numbers. My calc is showing 268.13 per month so not sure where the dealer is trying to shoehorn numbers in....
Edit... Nevermind, they claimed they added by accident acq fee twice
I’m looking for MF and residuals for Honda Accord Sport 2.0t in zip 46062?
Also are the numbers looking good right now to lease or should I hold off until a better time? I assume numbers could change in February?
Thank you!
The current Honda programs run through the end of February.

At some point, lease support for the 2018 Accord will end. Won't be any notice, either.
Ii have a quote for 397 monthly including tax for a 2018 1.5 Touring nothing down. Is this a good price?
I think you can do better....
BH2222 got a 2.0 for 345 a month!
I honestly don’t know how people do better than this. My dad works for the family of dealerships that I went to and this is what they gave me. What should I be paying for a touring 1.5? It’s a fully loaded car with an almost $35k price tag.
I don't know if you read my previous post but I signed a deal the other day on a 2018 Honda 1.5 touring for $1200 out of pocket and $269.50 a month! I didn't want to out so much out of pocket especially after reading this forum however I did. Last lease I only put down $400!
I think I annoyed them so much they didn't even bother to show me the guy who asks if you want a maintenance package for $1000...
I could have gotten a better deal if I played a bit harder but I let my guard down a few times while making this deal, the lease calculator shows it's a solid deal however I feel I could have been more aggressive since it was year end and the model was being discontinued...I really think you could catch this deal for first month and dmv and $265-$275 a month! That would be a super solid deal, on the forms so far best I heard someone got was $290 a month with nothing due at signing which beat me by $12 a month if you factor in all numbers.
keep this in mind when comparing what others have gotten: Most of the crazy good deals found on Accord Touring 1.5T (in 2018) included at least 1500 of flex cash in addition to the 2900 lease cash. That flex cash MAY not be available at this time.
Another very important point that most people don’t include on a lot of lease deals is the miles per year. $365 for a 10k or 12k lease is not going to be obtainable on a 15k lease. The residual rate is controlled by the leasing company, and the dealer has no control over it. The only way to get to a comparable price would require an additional discount on the selling price. A 2% lower residual on a $35k MSRP would result in an additional $20 per month in depreciation cost on a 36 month lease.
Have a question about a 36/12 lease with 0 down on a 2018 EX-L (1.5T) in silver in zip code 49009. I have (1) payment of $439 left on a lease of a 2016 GMC Sierra. I've attached (2) documents which shows the offer from dealer #1. The dealer told me that this offer includes the $439 that I owe on my last payment to GMC. I negotiated the selling price first before telling them that I was interested in leasing and when the salesperson gave me the selling price, he mentioned that it included $800 of flex money. Well I know that Honda is offering $1900 of lease cash on the 2018 EX-L. I've entered their numbers in my lease calculator and I attached those numbers also and they are way different. I'm trying to figure out why the extreme difference in their quote and the numbers I come up with. Should I have only used $1100 in the untaxed incentives instead of $1900 if the dealership has already factored in $800 of flex money? I asked the dealership why the difference and I wasn't given an answer. Also I do not qualify for the $500 military offer. I'm also confused about the CASH OFFSET of $609. I know I've attached a lot of info but any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

1. take that 439 last payment out of the deal; no need to complicate the math 2. lease cash is separate from flex cash 3. you need the sell price BEFORE the flex and the lease cash; current price is too high 4. cash offset is an odd term but it adds up from 339 (1st) + 257(doc + fees) + 14 (tax on doc)
take a look at this calc output: i used [invoice - 1000 - 800] as the sell price, 26506 (invoice = 28306)
Numbers came to 563 driveoff plus 35 more payments of 292; a reasonable proposal for an EX-L. Before others chime in, some have gotten 1.5T Touring for similar payments. Michigan may not be a suitable market for that...

Thanks for the insight........I really appreciate the help here. I did receive an email this morning from the salesperson. He said that I am double dipping on the incentives and all the incentives are in the sales price. Which I know is not true because he gave me the sale price before I ever mentioned the idea of leasing so how can they use $1900 of lease cash if I was going to finance the vehicle like I had originally planned?
Their net sell price is 25545 (based on dealer1 jpg) My proposed net sell price is [26506 - 1900 LC] or 24606. about 940 less I think you can get that deal on a 2018 if you haggle a bit more; perhaps end-of-month. Only thing to worry about is inventory on 2018s is low and getting lower.
I would make an offer (xxx driveoff + 35 additional payments of yyy) and let them say yes or no.
After the flex and lease cash applied it would be $24,599 + taxes and fees.
I was under the impression that the 2018 Accord Touring 1.5 had $2900 of lease cash available, but the dealer made it sound like that figure was just flex cash + lease cash.

beware high doc/dealer fees in MD ask for a lease worksheet; what are the terms of the deal? driveoff and monthly
They should want to move a 2018 Touring esp. at month end. msrp is 34695?

Total Cash of $2900 includes: $900 Captive Lease Offer exp. 02/28/2019 $2000 Dealer Lease Finance Offer exp. 02/28/2019
My guess is that you aren't getting any flex cash.. I'm not sure if they actually have any flex cash, any longer. He is just mentioning the two incentives on that model.
In MD, you pay tax on the full selling price of the vehicle. Dealer doc fees are capped at $300, I think.

Are you sure the $27500 price doesn't already account for the incentives? I don't track prices that closely, but I don't remember anyone getting $10K off MSRP.

Yes, it almost does almost seem too good to be true.
At first I thought he was accidentally quoting me for an EX or lower trim, but I did confirm that it's an 18 1.5 Touring.
He said an additional $900 will come off the sales price (below) if I lease.
Planning to go talk in person tomorrow. Will report back here.

Maryland? I'd buy the car at that price. Especially since you have to pay tax on the full amount, either way. Don't be surprised if they've left out the destination fee from the MSRP on the sale price quote. Or, any other BS items.
Maybe, ask him for an out-the-door price. And, the interest rate on the 60 month financing.
Hi, I know I asked something earlier in the month. But just in case incentives have changed EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi all 1.5t, 12k, 34698. Also is flex cash only available in certain areas? Do the dealers only get a certain amount of flex cash per month or something like that?

Nothing has changed since January 4th.
Flex cash is Honda incentives, that dealers can parcel out as they see fit.
Not sure there is any flex cash for January, though.

Looks like incentives have gone down by $900 from last month. But, since we just got the info, I'm not sure if that will stay that way. Incentives tend to be the last thing to update.

What is the MF and residual for a 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring for 36/12? With the great deals on remaining 2018 non-hybrid models I wanted to check and see if the hybrid was also seeing similar action.

Hi. Could you please provide the MF/residual and incentives for 2018 EX 1.5T and 2018 Sport 1.5T for 36/15k in 33027? Also, if available, the same for the 2019 versions. Thank you very much.

Thanks mods for all your help. I finally signed lease for 18 Accord LX at 249 per month with only first due at signing. Selling Price of $19850 on $24450 MSRP. I qualified for loyalty of $750 which helped lowering the price. They also took care of my last lease payment of $189 on my Civic.
