Can you please provide the numbers for a 2019 CX-5 Touring, FWD for 36M/12K, zipcode: 10314.
Truecar is giving me prices near $26,800. I'm probably looking at $330/M with .00160MF and 60% residual, but wanted your expert opinion.

Do you think there will be any other incentives program later on that would possibly reduce the MF or increase residual value? I can wait until April until my current lease matures.

So it doesn't look like the quote feature is working for me. I am going to remove snippets of the last thread and summarize it in one block so as to not loose context.

Based on Michaell and kyfdx's responses:
2019 Mazda CX-5 AWS Touring and GT trims, the MF and RV given were below:

Zips: 13326 and 01760

36/15
.00160 MF and 59% residual
GT: $490 lease cash
Touring: $510 lease cash

For Touring the RV is 61%

Now my reply:
Could you also please give the MF and RV for 10k Touring and GT , Zip 13326 and 01760.
My wife changed her mind and we are now looking at 10k instead of 12k.

However, I talked to a dealer in zip 01760 and he quoted me 310$/mo:
MSRP: 29,210
Lease Price: 26,430
Inception fees 1449 (12k) , distribution:
595$ Acquisition fee
Doc, Registration, front tax and 1st Payment: 834.88$

MF: 0.00160

Just leased a grey CX-5 AWD GTR for my wife. I think I got a good deal. Price of the car was 34500. 39 months 10k miles a year. 0 do at signing. I got 1400 towards my trade. 469 a month. Free remote start put in I think best bang for your buck around this price.

Gross Cap cost: 30,739
Residual: 18355 (62%)

I am not getting the same payment, MF seems high, plus Gross cap cost is also inaccurate, looks like it was calculated on MSRP instead of Sales price ?

The 2018s are sold out and I will be leasing in March. Are the incentives still $750 (loyalty bonus reward) and $500? I think $360 lease bonus cash rebate ends in February. Please let me know if my information is correct

You'll have to get the answers to those questions from the dealer. MF can be bumped as much as .00050 by the dealer.
