Hi Michael, I did lease the 2019 MDX based model, all numbers confirmed in regards to RV/MF and cash incentives. It did take some time (All Saturday afternoon) to negotiate and make the dealer come to the numbers, but they ended up honoring all. I feel sorry for those who don't get informed before deciding to pull the trigger. Thanks again for all the help and support to this community.

At 7% sales tax, that is $512/mo. pre-tax If the selling price is the adjusted CAP, I get $462/mo.pre-tax
To get to your payment, there has to be around $1750 added to the CAP cost. That seems like a lot to add, since you are already paying $1000 more than the first payment, upfront.

Howeve they did give me a selling price quote of $50,500 on an MSRP of $60,500 (hybrid w/ advance) not including the $1,000 conquest incentive. I assume the incentives are included in that reduction?. Do you think I can do better than that?

They are Acura-to-dealer incentives. They don't have to disclose them.
Yes, any price you get will include incentives. If you received a $3750 discount in addition to the incentives, that's a decent price.
