    I’m new to this but I’m trying to figure out why this is so high. This is on a 15k 36 month lease. Looks to me like they aren’t included the incentives. I can’t make the numbers work on any calculator.

    RV rate is off. I'm getting 47% on your calculation. It should be around 53% I think

    Correct - I'd also confirm what bank they are using.

    Dealer cannot modify RV on their own - they have to use what the bank sets.

    Dealers are independent businesses and can set their own limits on the maximum they will accept on a credit card. I've seen limits as low as $2000, and others that don't mind $5000+.

    I'd be interested in what people are paying as final price, as % off MSRP. For example, did you get 10% off MSRP in addition to other incentives, etc. I know this is very dealer & market specific but it helps set some expectations as to what other buyers (like me) might shoot for.

    lease price 43,351
    residual 53%
    MF .0020 (would have been .0019 if I gave a $525 security deposit)
    39 months/12k per year
    no money down (NYS taxes paid up front)
    roof rails included at dealer cost

    $517/month

    I checked that & for a 2019 MDX SH-AWD with Advance package the TMV is about $56,650 in my area (MSRP is around $59,500). So would the $6250 in incentives come off of this? Or is it reasonable to try for further discounts beyond that (say another 5-10% off MSRP)? Or do dealers tend to use this as their sole discount?

    $650 of the incentive is for sale or purchase. That should be included in the TMV.
    The other $5600 is for lease only, so you should deduct that from the TMV price.
    That would put you about $9500 off MSRP.

    I paid for a used car ($16K) completely on a credit card. The dealer fought hard, but when it was apparent I was, in fact, actually going to walk, they allowed it.

    Just first payment and DMV at signing?
    If I add the amounts listed to the sale price, I get the same payment.

    With $7250 of incentives and a $700 doc fee, that is about a 6% discount from MSRP, which is reasonable.

    When an Acura program has the "standard" money factor, like this one, then dealers can markup the money factor, unfortunately.

    Thanks Kyfdx. Only $550 first payment due at signing. DMV is also included in $550 just got a call and dealer is throwing in all weather mats and 3 oil changes.
