    Just wanted to say thank you to kyfdx and this forum. Really helped us make sure we found a good deal. Was able to get the payment a little less due to a missing rebate. The dealer was not happy(I caught financing trying to be shady) and refused to honor it. We walked and they stopped us in the parking lot. Problem somehow resolved.

    Hi, I was just given the following for an '19 SE 4Motion: $30,389 MSRP, $29,307 sale price, $675 acquisition fee, MF 0.00120, 54% residual. This is for a 36/15K lease. They want to use a VW 3 month pull ahead and dealer pays my remaining 4th payment of $384. There seems to be room for negotiation on the MF and the sales price, and they seem to also have $700 dealer cash to work with. $29,307 seems really high unless I am missing something.
    Looks like a money factor markup, as well.
    Also considering the invoice price is 26,875... I hope there is a sunroof for invoice price of 1032 added..I'd ask for a better price - VW has been doing awful this quarter and car sales are down. They should be begging us to buy. I'd say get more quotes and wait until tomorrow to start bargaining .
    First, thank you to this forum and the moderator for helping me with this deal. I got the best deal possible. The invoice information was most helpful to get my deal finalized. Here's the final deal for a '19 Tig SE, 36/15k, sunroof, and $500 VW partner rebate: $26,988, 0.00086 MF (went up 0.00020 due to credit check??). The dealer also did well considering invoice of $27,902 minus $700 dealer cash and the rebate plus other sales goal incentives they receive, and the doc fees were only $140.

    Hello. I was quoted $368 for an SEL 4 motion with all fees rolled in. Seems high to me.  I love this car but thinking of getting a Santa Fe.  They have huge dealer rebates in NJ and the RV is 63% and you get like all bells and whistles and pano sunroof etc. with .00088 I think they just said but noticed huge incentives of 2600 plus additional 350 this month.  Good Luck!

    Who knows... I'm going back to the Subaru Forester - the limited has 63% RV and .00088 MF 36/10. between the price compared to SEL with basically the same stuff it's a much better deal. AND you don't have to deal with VW dealer scumbags... I guess they kind of all are but TBD -

    Apples to oranges in the transmission dept though. CVT vs Traditional. I found the fit and finsih on the Tiguan to be better and it looks nicer, to me!

    Didnt the RV drop 1%? BUT from what I can see the MF dropped from .00084 to .00066 and the Lease incentive went from $280 to $1150.. At least on the trim I was looking at.. I think the Infotainment on the Tiguan is more advanced than the Forester. I drove the Forester twice. I just cant get past the side view and not thrilled with the CVT.
