That seems like a reasonable deal, given the lease program you have to work with.
The calculations and amounts all seem correct, though I'm not that familiar with the exact fees for Oregon.

What I've always done is trade it in to the Dealer right before the lease ends, hence... I don't worry as much about the mileage and wear and tear. Though... with the exception of an accident, I am really good with wear and tear.

What I've always done is trade it in to the Dealer right before the lease ends, hence... I don't worry as much about the mileage and wear and tear. Though... with the exception of an accident, I am really good with wear and tear.
Then I don't see a problem with going through an alternate lender for the lease.
I have leased many cars; all but once through the Mfg's lease arm. I once leased through a bank and was not happy. They were very picky at lease turn in, but I got a 100 on the exam. They wanted me to turn the car in 3 hours from my home or pay $150. I replied that I didn't lease it there and would not take it there. On the day of the inspection, I sent an email indicating the car was now theirs and the had 48 hours to remove it from my property, and then a @$25 per day storage fee would be charged. It worked, they charged me $150 and paid me $200, when they had the car picked up 10 days later. They had exited the leasing business and had no incentive to make me happy. It was a red Volvo. The inspector stated that most Volvo's had storm chips, and mine had none. That's because they were filled with red crayon.
