    No, it's .60% APR. But, in order to calculate the lease payment, you'll need to convert it to a decimal value, which is roughly .00025

    When I multiply .000025 x 2400 = .06%. That's a little more than a half of a percent of interest. Is this correct?

    You have one too many zeroes in your MF - should calculate out to be .60%, which is the APR we originaly quoted you.

    But yes, just over 1/2 percent.

    IOW, almost free money.
