    How much should the MF reduce if I am using 7MSD, the dealer is saying it will go down to 0.00120 from 0.00145. Also is it true that I have to use 7MSD and not less than that.

    You can use any number of SDs, up to 7 maximum

    Each SD lowers the MF by .00005

    The net MF would then be .00110

    But, dealers are not required to allow MSDs, and may also set other conditions.

    In addition, the vehicle in question was a loaner and is used with 4K miles if that affects anything.
