    Got the following offer for 2020 (asked for 2019 - guy said the're out of 2019):

    2020 TLX v6 Tech package

    MF:0.00225 Selling price: $28,691 MSRP: $37,695

    10K/year: RV 53% monthly: $421

    12K: RV 54% monthly: $432

    Questions:
    1) Seems that he had RV's flipped.
    2) MF is a little higher than what I see for 2019 models.
    3) incentive seems around $9004
    4) This for FL, so 7% tax rate.
    5) Decent deal or can do better?
