Quote received: 2019 FWD Touring in White. Term 36/12. MSRP $27,860 which includes the destination charge and $200 for White Selling Price $24,103 Discount: Mazda lease $1,620 & dealer disc of $2,137 Fees $508 which includes title & reg OTD payment: $1,000 which includes the 1st payment Monthly lease $242.55 before sales taxes 36/15 would be an additional $17 per month Based on my calc the MF being used is a higher than the .00001 but the discounts given offset the difference. Every dealer should charge the $595 bank fee; it's not optional.

Can you pls review below quotation for 2019 AWD Touring with Pkg 36/15. Drive off agreed is 1stMonth+dmv+doc fee totaling $900. But unable to understand Min. Drive Off & Customer Cash under Net Cap cost section. Customer cash is for finance if am correct so unsure how they getting it in for lease? Selling Price agreed is $27105.
This is my offer from an NY Mazda dealership: 2019 CX-5, AWD, Touring. Zip 10541 36 mo, 12k mi/yr MSRP: $29,120 Nego. Purchase Price: $27,976 - $2404 rebate = $25,572 MF: 0.0001 Residual: 57% Acquisition: $595? Payment: $348 Drive off: $0 Doc fees, dealer fees: ?
This is not a good deal in my opinion. I will shop this around. They are only offering MF of 0.0001 vs 0.00001 as provided by edmunds.
Any thoughts?
First, tell them you won't sign anything unless you get the base MF. If they balk, you walk .... to the next Mazda dealer.
Second, you need a lease quote for the price, not a purchase quote. Different incentives exist for each type of financing.
Third, you need to know the adjusted cap cost, if this is truly a 'sign and drive' lease, as the fees, taxes and first payment will all be rolled in.
Dealer responded, mf was just a typo, they're honoring 0.00001 and 57% rv. The poor monthly fee is a result of how the rebate is applied. 29,010 msrp, apparently only gets reduced 27,716. They're not very clear on how they get there. At this point I don't really care.
Either way I offered $215/m w/$3500 down. Putting money down in form of a trade in. Don't feel like dealing with the hassle of selling locally. Next time I will not put down payment.
Does $215/m w/$3500 down sound reasonable for cx5 touring, awd, $29010 msrp? Zip 10541 or am I dreaming?

I show your selling price as $27985, not $27105. The only place I see $27105 is that penciled in number, which definitely isn't being used in that calculation. Unless you've added some sort of aftermarket cost of $880, that isn't listed.
The cash due at signing is $1000, not $900.
Your $1000 plus the $1260 rebate give you $2260 of working cash The $1702 minimum drive off are the items in the Due at Signing column (excluding the CAP cost reduction) That includes tax, DMV, doc fee and first payment (NJ tax, but purchasing in PA?)
$2260 working cash minus $1702 drive-off = $558 CAP reduction
Left-hand column CAP cost is your selling price +$595 acquisition fee = $28580 Gross CAP - $558 CAP reduction = $28022 Net CAP
Payment calculation is correct
But, your actual MSRP is $30,565 (calculated from the residual)

2019 FWD Touring in White. Term 36/12.
MSRP $27,860 which includes the destination charge and $200 for White
Selling Price $24,103
Discount: Mazda lease $1,620 & dealer disc of $2,137
Fees $508 which includes title & reg
OTD payment: $1,000 which includes the 1st payment
Monthly lease $242.55 before sales taxes
36/15 would be an additional $17 per month
Based on my calc the MF being used is a higher than the .00001 but the discounts given offset the difference. Additionally some dealers are charging a $595 bank fee, which this dealer is not.
