    Does anyone have residual and money factor for Edge Titanium, AWD, 301A, cold weather, tow package:
    Best credit tier
    Current FMCO lease customer
    36/15
    zip: 13492

    If money factor and residual are better under different terms (e.g. 39/15, 25/15), please feel free to advise. Also considering dropping to 13,500 miles.

    2019 Edge Titanium AWD with 300A, Assist+, Pano roof, and Cold Weather package

    This is my first time leasing, so I would appreciate input on the offer from dealer below.

    MSRP: $44,735 (not inc. $800 discount for AWD and Cold Weather combo)
    Offer price: $36,223
    APR: 3.3 percent (.00137 MF)
    RV: 47 percent
    Base monthly: $431

    Do those numbers seem accurate / reasonable? My ZIP is 02472.

    This specific vehicle was advertised in yesterday's newspaper with a base monthly of $363. I placed a hold on the vehicle before I saw the ad, so I've asked how I get that base instead of what they offered Friday.

    Yeah, I looked at the fine print. That price seemingly excludes everything but the vehicle, which is to be expected. Still, at that APR, they would have to drop the cap by $4,000 to get a monthly figure at that rate. I asked them what needs to happen to get that rate, and they are "working on it." We'll see what happens.

    Throwing a wrench in things is another dealer who just came in really low for the same model but with the 301A package. They are out of state, so I need to figure out how sales and excise taxes (which they have neither) will impact the quote.

    Couple of questions...
    1. Is lease cash a deduction from MSRP? With any additional difference from sale price coming from the dealer? If not, from what number is the lease cash deducted?
    2. When I see APR in this thread, do I need to do the math to convert to MF? For instance, I see some 1.12% and 1.15% APR numbers. Is that the equivalent APR (MFx24) or the MF?
    3. I have an offer for a 2019 Titanium AWD with 301A plus Cold Weather with a 43 percent RV. That seems way too low. Every other offer I've received has been 45 or 47.
    I'm still wrestling with the dealer over the price in the ad. Had a terrible conversation with the dealership yesterday where they told me it was a completely different vehicle (it's not) and that I didn't know how to read an ad (I do).

    Fortunately, I have a pretty great offer from another dealer with a better reputation on the Titanium with the 301A package, which is what I really want.

    Lease cash is a Ford to consumer incentive that is applied as a CAP cost reduction

    1.12 / 2400 = .00047 MF

    Correct, 47% for 36/10, 45% for 39/10

    Also correct, the 39 month term isn't any better than 36 months

    I agree... asking for residuals from salespeople, without getting a full quote is useless. They don't really care about the details.

    I'm looking at a 2019 edge sel with a msrp $42,900. Discounts and rebates are $12,122 which is $30,867. With a 36/36k Lease and $875 down (taxes, dmv/registration , and 1 payment of $414 rolled in) they want $462 month. Can someone tell me if that's a good deal?

    Hi all! New to this stuff and I'd see if I can get any input here. I have access to a-plan pricing so I'm not sure if that would improve anything.

    But right now I'm looking to get the MF/Residual and any incentives on:

    24/12000
    Zip: 48326
