1) For the stuff ending Jan 2nd, looking for MF, residual, incentives, conquest, and any flex cash in Dallas / Ft Worth market on 2020 TLX I4 FWD Base, Tech, and A-spec trims with following terms: 36/15, 36/12, 36/10, 24/15, 24/12, and 24/10.

2) Is there a MF / Residual sweet spot outside 36 or 24 months, say at 39 or 27 months?

3) Currently leasing Honda through HFS. Would that qualify me for a lower MF with AFS since they are both part of AHFC? If yes, please provide MFs for both new and returning.

4) Any insight if current extends past Jan 2nd or what it would look like beginning Jan 3rd?

Is there a forum for prices paid on purchase of 2020 Tlx? Trying to figure out a good price (and perhaps a dealership to target in NJ/NY/PA/MD area) for a 2020 TLX V6/AWD/A-Spec w/ MSRP $46195. Tech Package instead of the A spec is also fine. Planning to finance with private financing. Any insight or suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes.. the addition is .00040 to the money factor.

Acquisition fee waivers rarely pay off, unless it's a low priced vehicle and/or a short term lease. It's almost always more cost efficient to just add the $595 fee to the CAP cost, than to pay the higher MF.

Here's what I got earlier this week thanks to the mods and contributors on this forum.

2.4 base

MSRP: $33995 (plus about $1400 in dealer installed junk add-ons, although the paint and fabric protection policy might come in handy some day. Had to negotiate a higher discount to offset the $1400).

Sales price before TTL and $180 dealer doc fee: $23000 (32.34% off msrp; 35.02% off with dealer adds).

MF: automatically qualified for .00215 with AFS ($0 security deposit) due to lease history with HFS.

Added .0004 to MF to waive $595 acquisition fee. Monthly savings roughly $1.68 (Adj Cap Cost: $23000 vs $23595 on a 36/10K with 51% residual). My monthly savings was a little less because I rolled TTL and doc into the cap with only first payment due at signing.
