    36/12 is supported; 33/12 is not.
    Super Tier 1 standard MF is .00205, this month.

    Also, it’s likely that Mercedes offers 33 month term, but we don’t have the residual information.

    I've been offered the following deal on a 2020 E350 Sedan, AWD, 12k/36, zip 19462:

    MSRP - 61,895 (this includes the 995 destination fee)
    Price - 52,783.69
    $2,100 due at signing including: $625 first month, $389 doc fee, $287 in various fees, taxes and tags, and $798.66 down payment
    They are taking me out of my current 2018 E300 lease 3 months early
    Monthly payments come to $625, including PA's 9% lease tax

    Do these numbers make sense? Should the destination fee be part of MSRP; doesn't that mean that I am financing that payment? Would it be better if I paid the destination fee at signing but put down no down payment, or because that reduces residual it will seriously increase my monthly? Any room for improvement?

    The destination fee is part of the full MSRP. It is irrelevant, otherwise. You don't "pay the fee" separately, any more than you pay for each option separately. You negotiate a selling price, and that's it.

    Don't confuse destination with the lease acquisition fee.

    That seems like a pretty good deal.

They removed the $800 down payment but added a $795 lease acquisition fee (so still $2,100 at signing).     The acquisition fee is mandated by the bank, and should have been part of the first offer. I suspect they moved the acquisition fee to the out of pocket column, increased the price by $800 to compensate, and kept the payment the same.

    Can you get a copy of the lease worksheet? That should clear up most everything.
