The base MF is .00058; odd that the dealer would mark it up by such a small amount (it adds about $3/mo to the pre-tax payment amount).
I agree with the math on the worksheet.
You can negotiate a bigger discount from sticker or use MSDs to buy down the MF.

There is no place for the dealer cash to enter the equation, as the money goes to the dealer. It is reflected in the quoted selling price.

No, it means you won't be risking the loss of that up front money if the car were stolen or totaled during the lease. Fees and such are not subject to the residual.

I'm looking at a MSRP $44015 (including $995 destination fee). Preliminary offer via email for a 36mo/10k lease is $439 + 7.75% tax per month, with $2343 due at signing (1st mo payment + fees). This means fees are $1870? Another dealer also quoted fees around $1850. Seems a lot assuming $1095 acquisiton fee and <$600 DMV fee... Am I missing some other typical fees?
I think the above numbers assumed $5400 off MSRP. If I assume $6000 off (but hoping for more), I'm getting $493/mo after tax for 36mo/15k (54% RV). Is my math correct?

You are making a lot of assumptions. Get the exact numbers from the dealer.
Car was suppose to be delivered 2 1/2 weeks ago now they are offering me a mercades gift card this is my paperwork from prior. Note i had a trade in of a 2017 mustang on this deal. Today the car came in but we have to do the paperwork again. Im now thinking about opting out of the pre-maintenance deal
