Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone here would give me some advise on whether I should try to lease a 2019 A4 or a 2020 A4 (both AWD 36/10) I have been looking at some dealerships close to where I live (55111) to try and calculate lease prices and the 2019 still do not have decreased in value. I am trying to stay below $400 mo. with DAS only being fees and first PMT. Should I push for the 2019 (less inventory in my area) or stick with the 2020? Thank you for your time, stay safe!

Frankly, you really won't be able to get either for under $400/mo, with only first payment and fees DAS.

I should have mentioned that I would be paying taxes up front.
Based on this deal for the 2020 A4 Premium AWD: https://www.audiminneapolis.com/global-incentives-search/2020-Audi-A4-Sedan-Offers-US2020AUD0aa05262f3e2fd3c5d05230.htm?offer=LEASE& I took their MSRP and Cap cost and plugged it into the LeaseHackr calculator and got this: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Audi&miles=10000&msd=0&msrp=43395&sales_price=37230&months=36&mf=.00006&dp=0&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=895&taxed_inc=1500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=53®_fee=400&sales_tax=6.5&demo_mileage=0&memo=&acqFee_check=true&totalLeaseTax_radio=true
Are my deductions and calculations correct? Thank you once again.

Right, but to get that payment requires almost $4000 out of pocket, of which $2575 is down payment
You wanted only first payment and fees up front, and still get $400/mo.

What would be a realistic monthly payment amount for either one? (Only first payment and fees up front for both 2019 and 2020) I don't need an exact number just a ballpark number. Thank you so much for your comments

Figure $75/mo more if you skip the down payment - just first payment, fees and taxes due at signing.
Hello, my dealer still has a few 2019 A4 Models, zipcode is 60053. What is the best way to get a deal on these? I know I need to know the RV and MF, but what do I do with that information? Thanks in advance.

FWD or AWD? Trim level? Lease term and miles per year?
There are lease programs available - negotiate your best price, and go from there.

All three cars are priced exactly at $49,540 msrp. They are all AWD, premium plus. I am looking for 36 months 15k miles per year.

.00204 and 43% (boo!) $7000 dealer marketing allowance (yay!)
Negotiate a big discount in addition to the $7K - that's the only way the deal will make sense, compared to a 2020.

Ok so I am assuming boo because the low residual value? How do I calculate this with this information? Also what is the 7k dealer allowance, how do I bring that up after negotiation? What do I negotiate on first if I am going to do this all via email, and plan to just walk in the dealer to sign papers? Sorry I am a newbie.

That, and the high MF.
The $7K will be part of any offer the dealer makes to you; be sure to negotiate your best price to account for that.

Im hopping around from car make to car make trying to find the best deal based on R and MF, I guess this seems the best thus far. Describe the $7k part again, do I negotiate the current discount stated on their site, then after is all said and done, then say "Hey I also get $7k dealer allowance"?

No, the dealer will include the incentive in any price they give you.
In other words, if MSRP is $44K (for example), and they offer you $37K, you are effectively paying sticker. You don't want to do that. This is a car that is approaching 2 model years old, now.
