2020 BMW 5-Series Lease Deals and Prices

Hi Kyfdx,

This is what they gave me for a 540i.

I noticed on this deal they had a different MF of .00119.

Also, i see that they are asking me also to put up $3411.85 in cap reduction (which I will not do).

Do you think that I got some negotiating to do or is this considered a "fair" deal?

.00119 is a marked up MF.

Tell them you want the base MF or you'll find another dealer.

They are rolling the last payment from your current lease into this one. (+$711)
Money factor markup adds about $20/mo. to the deal (+$720)
8% off MSRP is reasonable, with the additions above, the effective discount is only 6%

Wait another month until your lease is up, then try again. With the same price, and without a lease payment being rolled in, you could drop the payment by $40/mo.

They aren't asking you to pay $3411 of CAP reduction. The amount Due at Signing from you is $2500. The CAP reduction comes from the $3750 in rebates. (not sure where you get $5000).

Keep it simple. Tell them you want the same deal with just $1000 Due at Signing, instead of $2500.

Your calculator probably isn't accounting for the lower residual, due to the demo miles.

Got a quote from a dealer today for a 2020 530xi. I attached the build out. It's MSRP is 64,685. I was offered $663 sign and drive... $863 due at signing (first month + 200 for plates). I'm at zip 10701 and im looking at a 36/10k lease. Is this a good deal?

I was told this is the best offer take it or leave it, didn't get a chance to ask for more details.

I know I asked last month but I assumed it changed in July. I'm going head back tomorrow for more details but can someone provide what the money factor, residual value & any specials for the 530 & 540?
