The app RODO is calculating rebates of $1,750 for the Highlander on a lease in 07446 at some dealerships and at others it’s $500. I was under the impression that it was $500 for a lease as you stated above and $1,750 for a purchase. Do you know why this varies from dealership to dealership? Any chance RODO is wrong or can I start factoring in the larger incentive when negotiating my lease?

I don't know how RODO works. It's possible that certain dealers are using a different bank, making the deal eligible for the $1750.

We have done 3 leases through Toyota so far, and we trade in our leased vehicles before the term is up. Are we doing ourselves a wrong by doing 15k miles on our lease if we trade it? Should we do 12k per year instead?

The difference is 2% of the MSRP, over the lease term. or roughly $30/mo.
Only you can determine if 12K will need to be enough mileage.
