    Need help! Here's a worksheet for a deal on a 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD 36 month/10k miles...Not sure if the -$169 vehicle profit and -$1,000 rebate is coming out of my pocket? Either way, does this sound like a good deal?

    I agree. Never put money down on a lease. You lose it if you happen to total the car within the first few months.

    Here's the deal I am getting in NY: AWD XLE MSRP 42983, Sale price (with taxes) and after rebate 40615. That comes to 5.5% below. How much room do I have? Is this a good deal?

    It's a good deal but I think you can go down to at least 6.5% off MSRP...try rodo.com - they're worth a shot.

    They also list dealer price$43,998 minus $1000 National rebate=42,888 cash price

    Due at signing-$2500 down plus first payment $449
    Then $449 month

    I also have $500 loyalty cash from TFS. Not sure if this can also be applied?

    If you are eligible for loyalty, it should also apply.

    I'd want more than 3% off MSRP.

    Yes, loyalty email is $500 plus waive disposition fee on current lease.

    Agree, this deal is under 3% off msrp before adding the incentives and loyalty.
