    Not sure if this is where I should ask, but when ordering a car through the dealership, can they lock in the RV and MF? Or does it get locked in when the car arrives?

    The dealership is also asking to put down a nonrefundable deposit.

    I think with Subaru, you have to use the program when the car arrives at the dealer. No locking available.

    Non-refundable deposit? I would negotiate every last bit of the deal, if you decide to do that - no markups to the money factor, lock in the price to be paid (hopefully some small discount from MSRP).

    Or, you can shop around, and see if you'll find a dealer willing to allow a refundable deposit.

    Yes, new programs have been released for February.

    However, for the Premium trim, they did not change from January.
