After I asked the dealer to explain, he sent this screenshot. Not able to tally the calculation I did with what he shows. I am rolling in all the fee and taxes into the monthly payment as I did in the above message. Dealer gets $530.67 and I am getting $515.68
Using your calculator, I am getting $515.68 per month.

I get the same payment with those numbers. The screen shot from the dealer is missing a lot of details, so I can't reconcile their payment.
Generally, the first payment is due at signing; often, the payments are shown as (lease term - 1) * payment amount
Sorry, but I have a question, and this might be regional, but why are you calculating the tax on the sales price and role them into the adjusted cap cost? Isn't one of the big ideas about leasing that you only pay tax on your monthly payments and not the entire purchase cost of the car? At least that's what I have done before (CA).

Different states tax leases differently. There are three different methods:
1. Tax the entire selling price of the car (GA, TX, VA are three states that do this - ouch!) 2. Tax the sum of the payments and collect the money up front (NY, NJ, OH are examples) 3. Tax the monthly payment (CA and CO are two states that do it that way)
I just leased a QX60 AWD with Premium, Premium Plus and Driver Assistance PKG. MSRP $52010, Selling Price: $45500 (~13% off MSRP). 0 down, only first payment of $471 and 8 MSD due at signing.. I am in Dallas, Texas. Monthly payment could have been lowered if did not have the pay tax on the entire sale price.
Got the same deal thanks to you. My car also had dealer adds of $3K but they did not charge for those.
Thank you to the mods as well for the helpful feedback

They are really jacking up the money factor, or you have less than top tier credit. Using the base MF of .00098, the monthly rent portion should be $77.58. Their number is $151.20!! That's .00191 MF to get that number.
I have been quoted $469 for $52240 MSRP with 8 MSD down. Selling price $46716 tax $1276 @ 7.5% and document fee $233 and acc fees $700 cap red $7.44 and first payment $500. 39/12K. Can i pull the trigger

FWD or AWD?
Are you paying all the taxes and fees up front or adding them to the selling price?
Follow up question. Infinity web page list the 2017 Model already!? Is it available yet, and if so, what are the numbers on the lease? AWD and FWD 15/39? Thanks

Since inventory is selling out fast, I might have to look at some other options. Could I get MF and Residula for 2016 AWD Hyprid with HEV package and FWD Hybrid with HEV package? 15k/39 months please. Thanks

Q2. Is a 14.2% discount off MSRP a good discount for the QX60 ?

Some employers have a VPP discount with Nissan/Infiniti which can get you another 1-1.5K.
The MRSP is $50,174
Down payment is $690

How many MSD's are allowed? What is the MF after MSD's?
im in Ohio and planning to shop around MI,IN,PA and KY
.00087 MF and 59% residual
8 MSDs would take you down to .00007
It's been five years, but I leased at Infiniti of Cincinnati, and had a good experience

If I use $48,925 as the cap cost, I get $534/mo as the payment.
Confirm the cap cost with the dealer.
