Hi, a bit confused as I've seen some different numbers here; could you please confirm the MF and resi for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 RWD, 10k miles, 36mo lease, in Florida?
When you say $1,500 lease cash you just mean that is an offset to the capitalized cost (manuf incentive), correct?

.00022 and 59% for 36/10. $1500 lease cash, which is a factory to dealer incentive; the dealer can choose to pass that along to the customer to either lower the cap price or to cover the up front costs of a lease, such as the acquisition fee, etc.
1. Are lease acquisition and lease disposal fees common/required with Hyundai Financial leases? If so, what do they run? 2. Is a documentation fee already included in the base cap cost or additional cost? Thanks everybody for their help. Getting armed and ready for battle this week/end of month!

1) They are common to every leasing company/bank.
2) $595 acq.fee for Hyundai. Don't know the disposition fee, but it's on the contract and not paid until lease end.
3) Doc fees are just a nice way to add extra profit to the deal. They could be anywhere. There is no customary place.
just leased a Genesis 6 cylinder with Signature and tech pkg. $350 +tax, 12,000 yr. $1100 total down. 3 years. Best deal we could get. Why do the different dealers play such games??

That's a pretty good deal ...care to share the particulars?
MSRP, selling price, dealership, location and tax rate?
I am working on a lease for Genesis Sedan AWD base (no option packages). I have MSRP 41750 and cost of $36700 after rebates. Residual of .60 and money factor of .00039 on 10,000 mile a year lease. Cost of $415 a month with nothing down or $2500 to cover $1339 state tax (NY), registration and $595 admin fee leaves a payment of $348.
I am considering trading in a car for about $3000 extra. What will that reduce my payments to? Does this sound like a good deal?

I'm getting $348/mo as well if you cover your costs up front.
We do not recommend you using trade equity to buy down the payment ... if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. Have the dealer write you a check for the equity.
Thanks - what about upfront taxes if car is stolen/totalled? Would the balance be refunded? Have never leased - usually just buy the cars cash upfront but I am now driving only about 5,000 miles a year so thought low mileage lease might make sense.

No - it's the same as if you bought the car, then totaled it. State gets their money.
If you're only driving 5,000 mile a year, a 12,000 mile per year lease doesn't make sense .. you're paying for miles you won't drive.
Might be better to find a CPO vehicle and drive that for years and years.
True - considered that but I plan to drive the leased car to the full 10,000 miles a year to take some driving off of my other car that I own outright (2014 Mercedes ML350, bought CPO with 5,000 miles on it ) since that car gets lots if use now. I also have a fine running 2006 Mercury Montego AWD that I would trade - I could just keep this car and use it like I do now, but I want something nicer and newer and I'll use up the lease miles on kids sports road trips that now go on the ML.
Hi all, i just received these 2 quotes from a dealership in Miami on the 3.8 and 5.0, i'm planning to pull the trigger, so comments will be really helpful!

Dealer got back at me with prices.

Lease numbers on the 3.8 RWD are 58% and .00022; for the V8, 54% and .00003. $1500 lease cash on both.
Using your MSRP and selling prices, I get a pre-tax payment of $520 on the V6, and $567 on the V8.
I'd ask the dealer what the net cap cost is for both, and the breakdown of the $1500 due at signing. Your quotes look a little too good to be true.

Seems like the $480 was for the base 5.0 and not the Ultimate, that was my mistake, but i managed to get a 5.0 Ultimate for $500 tax in, $1500 out of pocket (including the first month) 36 Month/12K, I will close the deal very soon!!

What is the money factor and residual on 2015 AWD Ultimate....36 month/ 10k or 12k miles? Are there any lease numbers on a 24 month? Also, what incentives are available? Do I take these off the lowest negotiated price?

.00039 and 59% for 36/12. Add 1% for 10K. $1500 lease cash - yes, negotiate your best price first then subtract it.
What about conquest cash? I currently have BMW? And is that the same deal, negiote best price then take off?
Also is their a page on this site that comments on the best lease deals going...I have no preference on what kind of half luxury/luxury car I want, just like absurd deals...Would love to know what people think is the best lease deal?
Pulled the trigger this week. Here are the figures: (36 mo/12K per year)
5.0 Standard package with (cargo tray, wheel locks, first aid kit, rear bumper protector): $52,705 Dealer extras: window tint, door edge guards, pin stripping, nitro filled tires Maintenance extras: oil changes, tire rotations, paint sealant, ding repair, interior (leather, carpet repair), excess wear and tear protection waiver (just learned about this right before I made the deal. can pretty much turn the car in with bald tires, a cracked windshield and a dented wheel and not have to pay penalty) Money factor: 0.00003 Residual: 54% Selling price: $49.413 Rebates/Cap cost reduction: $1500 lease bonus cash, $1000 loyalty bonus First month payment at signing ($500), no security deposit, nothing additional down $500/mo. total.
Thoughts? Although you never know by a dealers attitude, I feel that I won this battle.

No discussion I'm aware of that consolidates all the best deals into one place. Gotta scour the forums one by one, sorry.

Excellent deal - $346/mo for a car that stickers at almost $46K is fantastic.
When my current Hyundai lease is up I may have to consider this .. not much more than a lease on a loaded Camry or Accord.
