Extra miles are purchased up front, but I can't seem to find out how much they are ... probably between $.10-.25 per mile.

Michaell, for leasing 2015 3.8 RWD with Signature package in Los Angeles (thinking going through a broker) what are the August (or September numbers once you get them) for 36/10 and 36/12 ? I presume RV 58% and MF .00022 and $1500 lease cash like before ? Can I combine $1000 Valued customer (have Elantra on my name) ?

Also if any readers would like to join into a "group lease", we would have more power, my timeline is during September.

No August numbers for Hyundai; September numbers should be released next week. Fingers crossed that we'll get them.

Does anyone know if the incentives will improve in September? I heard the 2016 model was released in Korea 2 weeks ago, so I'm guessing 2016 models will arrive in the US soon. Perhaps this would create even better incentives for buyers as dealers try to clear 2015 inventory. I can confirm current residual at 58% and money factor at 0.00022. And it seems like they can combine conquest cash and lease cash for a total incentive of $3000.

Brought home a 3.8 Ultimate AWD this past Friday - Love it!

#'s: 59% resid on 12k, 36 months. mf = .00039

get those ($500) dealer coupons folks - that will push your lease waaay down.

We haven't see any Hyundai numbers for a couple of months now .. sorry.

Latest numbers we have expired two months ago, so they won't do you much good.

I am in Denver where it appears the deepest discounting exists for the nation for the Genesis. I am looking at a 3.8 AWD Ultimate. MSRP 52,500+/-. Edmunds Price promise discount is about $6500. True Car is about the same. I will qualify for the Conquest rebate of $1500 taking cap cost down to $44,500 or so. What are the current MF and residuals being used by Hyundai for 12 and 15k miles per year?

It's a dealer incentive... Use that knowledge to negotiate a low price.

I got a new Genesis last night and since this forum was such a big help I figured I should come back and share since I greatly appreciated the posts when others did that.

I got a 2015 Genesis AWD 3.8 V6. It has the Signature & Tech Package. It is Empire State Gray with the black interior. MSRP was 49,135 and I don't have the selling price in front of me but I believe it was around 44,000. I also then qualified for $1,000 competitive lease incentive and they also used the $2,250 lease cash incentive that is mentioned in the couple of posts before this. I do know that base MF was used (.00036 I believe?) and the RV was 56% or 57%. My payment is $489/month with zero down so they paid my first months payment. The lease is 12K miles/year and a 36 month term. I also have 1 payment left on my other lease (non-Hyundai) and I wasn't going to have 2 lease payments even for a month so they are writiing me a check for my last lease payment on my other vehicle. I also negotiated the Genesis wings logo in it so they can put that on the back in place of the Hyundai "H" logo.

I am satisfied with how it went and can't wait to drive this thing over the next 3 years. Thanks to Edmunds and all the forum contributors. I'll definitely be checking back in, in about 33 months from now haha.

I've utilized the Edmunds Forums in the past for research purposes. Thought it was only appropriate to share my experience leasing a new Hyubdai Genesis 5.0 Ultimate. I leased one on October 31 for 3yr/36K and obtained the following. MF was .00011, RES was 53% (would have been 54% for 10K miles per year). The car MSRP was $55,930, qualified for $2250 Lease cash and another $1000 in Competative Owner cash. Was able to negotiate a tax credit...so didn't have to pay the typical 6.25% on the entire purchase price here in Texas. After $595 acquisition fee and local doc fee, title & license fees, I was able to get out the door with only the 1st month lease payment down of $496. Total discount, with incentives mentioned above, was around $10k (plus the tax savings). I'm happy with the deal and look forward to driving the car for at least a few months before the wife takes it over full time.
