My guess is that the net cap cost is a bit higher than the selling price - ask the dealer about that and make sure you fully understand all the numbers - OR - the MF has been inflated for a bit of extra dealer profit.

That makes sense ... you are rolling all the taxes and fees into the selling price. I'm now getting $552.71/mo with $0 down.

.00126 MF was probably with the auto-pay discount, and 62% was probably for 36mo, 12K/yr...

If not, then he was mis-quoting.

Well... Texas explains a lot.. You pay tax on the full selling price. As far as selling price, read back a few pages and see what others are paying.. And, insist on the base money factor.

Dealers exist to sell and lease cars. They may say just about anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Residual value is 11% less for 48 months than it is for 36 months. 36 months is the sweet spot for leasing.

Not a good idea to get into a lease if you don't think you will keep the car the entire lease term. Can be very expensive to end a lease early.

When you say you are "getting $2K to pay off current lease", does that mean they are giving you a check, or is the dealer taking the car in trade?

I'm not surprised .. Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling price of the car, which greatly inflates the lease payment.

With your numbers, along with the base MF of .00136 and the 36/15 residual of 60%, I get a payment of $772.42/mo. Your offer looks pretty strong by comparison.

That depends on your driving habits. It's always better to get enough miles up front, rather than pay overage charges at the end of your lease.

There is no "sweet spot" on mileage. 15K/yr is standard. 12K/yr is 2% higher or 10K/yr is 3% higher.. Get the mileage allowance you need.

Also, understand that Mercedes allows for up to 10 MSD and each deposit drops MF by .00007. Is this correct?
Lastly, I have been led to believe base MF is higher when using MSD. Is this true and if so what is the new base?

.00136 and 64% for 36/7500

MSD's are not allowed on this deal as the MF is already supported (that is, it isn't the standard MBFS MF).

I don't know the particulars of the MB MSD program.

Base MF is .00136, so your quote does have a marked up MF. 

If you are only getting $1300 off sticker then there is absolutely more room to discount. Read back through the last couple of pages of qposts to see what others have been able to negotiate.
