Yes.. for 24mo, 12K/yr, with ZERO due at signing, it looks really good.

Thanks. I went into the dealer and ended up getting a slightly better deal. The MSRP was $25,735. I paid $22,125. With the $5,500 lease cash applied, I ended up at $240 month with zero due at signing on a 24/12 lease. You guys are a wealth of knowledge. Thanks so much for providing all the info that helped me get what I consider to be a great deal.

Yep. It was $220 and then $20 for taxes.

Do I bring these to the dealers and negotiate them to these numbers? I am trying to get the best deal here. I was offered 229 a month with 2300 down. Can i get a better deal? I am in NJ.

.00063 MF and 47% residual. $3500 lease cash.

Those numbers can help you calculate a lease payment, so you don't have to take the dealer's word for it.

No info on selling prices. $1250 off on a 2015 model doesn't seem like much of a deal, though.

the lease cash deals were renewed thru 2/29 because dealers are still sitting on so many 15's. Could I please have the MF and residuals for this month 24/12 and 36/12.

Need some help looking into a lease to get rid of the negative equity in my current car that i have. Dealer said the best way for me to do so is to lease and right now they said they can get me into a 2015 optima sx turbo with $5000 lease cash which pretty much takes away my negative equity....
I owe 15k on my car and will get 9k for it. My credit is above 720 so i should be good there.
New 2015 optima sx turbo
MSRP is $34,375
Sale price $25,855
36 month lease hopefully 15k a year.
Im in wisconsin so what would the money factor and residual value be?
Is there a way to know how much my payment would be roughly?

36/15 on SX 2.0T is .00051 and 45%. $4500 lease cash.

My guess is that the sale price includes that lease cash, which goes away if it covers a majority of your negative equity.

We would need to know the net cap cost in order to model a payment.

Any particular reason why you're bailing out of a car with so much negative equity? If you wait, that number is bound to get smaller.

That dealer is just trying to dump a high-end leftover model! why not lease a 25k model instead of a 34k model?
Your credit score is good so how do you end up so upside down in a car? Got to be more to this story...

Don't know if the incentives stack, but I doubt they do.

Turbo: .00021 MF and 50% residual. $6000 lease cash
Limited: .00031 MF and 49% residual. $7500 lease cash

I'll run the #'s but that MF of the 36 mo Limited looks like it is the best deal with all else being equal. So would I deduct the lease cash from my negotiated price and that would be my cap cost?

You can be pretty sure that they will have already included the lease cash in any price they agree to..

I usually negotiate the price of the car first without stating that I will be leasing.

So I ran some #'s. The 24 mo. Limited lease is by far the best deal. That extra $2500 makes a huge difference in the mo. payment. It is about $45 mo less than the 36 mo lease. Does anyone in NJ know if the $2500 Customer Cash bonus can be used with the lease cash?
