Hi, Couldn't find a 335i GT forum. HUGE discount on this M-Sport 335i GT xdrive. Almost every option. Thoughts? Every friend and family I showed the picture to didn't like the car but it's a beast and I think a massive good deal!!

    MSRP: $59650
    Selling Price: $52000
Add in bank fee of $925
    adjusted CAP $52925
    $1000 UDE rebate
    Total CAP $51925

    24 mos / 12K per year
    MF 1.34
    Residual 70%
    Tax 9%
    total payment $598.72

Drive off: 1st payment, doc fee, DMV etc.. approx $1200 to $1400 (didn't want to pay the bank fee up front)

Could do the MSD's to lower the payment but again, ties up more cash.

My numbers are the same as yours. Could you get more off sticker? Only way to know is to ask the dealer.

Yes, MSD ties up the money, but the payment drops to $548.68/mo. So, for the $3850 investment, you'd get a return of almost 16% annually. And, you get that money back.

That is true, Will consider the MSD's. I don't think can get more off. The selling price includes the $1500 BMW lease cash plus I have a drive event $1000. I filled out the credit app and approved so the dealer is actually holding the car a couple days until November rates come out tomorrow. If better he will change, if not better than I am locked in which is nice. The only problem is Nobody l showed the pictures to over the weekend thinks I should get the car because of the looks. I personally think it's unique and like it but I don't want to regret it. I will go look at it again tomorrow. Maybe I was intoxicated by the way it drives! THANKS

The 3-series GT is a bit ungainly looking, but I believe it was really meant for the Chinese market, where affluent owners are more likely to be chauffeured rather than drive themselves.

If you want a better looking BMW hatchback, you might want to look at the 4-series Gran Coupe.

True, and thank you for the comments. The 4 GC is much better looking than the 3 GT but unfortunately the headroom is too low for me. It's less than my current 3-series sedan, which I may end up going for a new one with the inline 6 engine.

Hello! These forums have been so helpful in the past. Looking to lease a new car this month or next. Currently have an Acura TSX and Volvo S60 in the household, if that helps with conquest/loyalty rebates. Looking for 36-39 month, 10,000 mile residuals, money factor and lease cash for these cars.

    2016 BMW 328i

    Thanks in advance.

I live in Minnesota, purchasing/leasing a 328d Wagon from Utah. The new BMW programs start today. Are they better/worse than the program that ended 2 NOV 15? Can you tell me what the residual & money factors are for 36/10k? Is there an appreciable difference to go to 39 months? Thank you.

I appreciate the quick response. Unfortunately it is for a 2015, MSRP of $57875 with fees, including 1st payment & registration, etc, but no tax of $1040 and a monthly of $547, taxes excluded. I was told if the new numbers were better today I would get the better rate, however they called this morning saying the new numbers are worse and they failed to process the paperwork last night so I missed the OCT numbers and told me it would now be $623...

I did not ask what MF/Residual they were using for the deal they had quoted. based on the numbers I have seen here I thought they were 0.00135/63% for 36/10k to get the numbers they gave me. I was told the November numbers residuals dropped 6 points. That does not sound plausible. Any advice - new dealer?

The MF dropped from .00134 in October to .00131 in November. No information on residual values of the 2015 wagons, however.

Thanks for the Oct numbers on the gts! I got very close to where I wanted on the 328xi gt but couldn't quite get there, 55,650 msrp, sell price 49950 (with 1500 october incentive built in), .65 residual, .00115 mf including 7 extra MSDs (much higher than I expected) 7% sales tax , 925 acq fee, brought the monthly payment to 519 and I ended up walking away, Hopefully this was the right decision.

Could I please get the new incentives/residuals/money factors on these in PA:

    2015 328i xdrive GT 36/10
    2015 335i xdrive GT 36/10

    2016 328i xdrive GT 36/10

Thanks Michaell for answering all our questions.

Does the .00131 and 61% you mentioned above for GT apply to 2015 335ix sedan as well (36k/10)?

I couldn't find any info about the 2015 335 on BMW special offers website. Thanks again

After some intense discussion they honored the original deal. I'm a new with leasing, but it seems good to me, is it?

    2015 328d Wagon

    MSRP $57,875
    Sell price $48,991
    Adj. Cap Cost $49,901
Total upfront (1st payment, tax, fees, etc ( $2400)
    Monthly payment $548
7 MSD of $3850 drop payment to $508.
Seems like the MSD return makes it a no brainer.

Am I understanding it all correctly?

    Thanks for all your help.

Trying to understand whether buying a new 2014 make sense at this price or if there a possibility to get similar or closer price on 2015 since 2016's are already here.

    Hello,

The dealer is willing to sell me a 328 wagon at invoice price but is keeping $750 of the build-out incentive AND charging an additional 30 basis points on the money factor in lieu of the dealer fee.

    Their lease offer:

3 year, 10K miles per year
    MSRP: $54295.00
Selling: $48345 (includes 2250 in incentives)
Residual and MF: 61%, .00112 (includes 7 MSDs)
Monthly: $572 includes 6.00% FL state tax

    How should I proceed?

    Hello,

The dealer is willing to sell me a 328 wagon at invoice price but is keeping $750 of the build-out incentive AND charging an additional 30 basis points on the money factor in lieu of the dealer fee.

    Their lease offer:

3 year, 10K miles per year
    MSRP: $54295.00
Selling: $48345 (includes 2250 in incentives)
Residual and MF: 61%, .00112 (includes 7 MSDs)
Monthly: $572 includes 6.00% FL state tax

    How should I proceed?

Be polite and tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.

I would also contact other BMW dealers - it only takes one to make a deal on your terms.

Were you able to use any incentives?
    Thx!

That is the final, so the incentives are all in. I found several dealers willing to make similar/better deals, but this one worked best for me.

Is this residual for 2015 320i for 36/10k?

    2016 335i xdrive GT 36/10

    Thanks!

    2015 - .00131 and 61%. $1500 buildout credit and $1500 Novemberfest adder
    2016 - .00131 and 62%. $750 option credit and $750 Novemberfest adder

    Thanks!

Just to double check, the 328xi GT and 335xi GT are the same mf/residual/incentives?
